Pros:

La piscine, la chambre très propre. Et excellent petit déjeuner tous fait maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met veel verse producten. De kamers zijn ruim.

Cons:

De airconditioning deed het tot twee keer toe niet. Wel vriendelijk geholpen om het op te lossen. De föhn op de kamer was ook kapot. De bovenste kamers (westen, zeezicht) hebben geen zonwering en daarmee geen schaduw. Na een dag strand kun je daarom geen gebruik maken van het balkon en dat is jammer want het balkon is heel ruim. Ook bij het zwembad is er na 14:00 nauwelijks nog schaduw.

An oasis of calm on a beautiful island
Pros:

It is ideally located, 10 minutes up from the beach. It felt like entering an oasis of calm and tranquility after the bustle of the beach. The pool and surrounding area are clean and stylish and welcoming, with plenty of sunbeds and shades available.The staff were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The cleaners went into the rooms each day and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a wide range of foods on offer, with lots of local bakes of both sweet and savoury. The breakfast room itself has a view over the sea and was pleasantly located near the pool.

Cons:

There was very little to fault. We did manage to trap ourselves on our balcony, one evening, after pulling the fly screen down, not realising that for property security, it couldn't be opened from the outside but, as ever, the staff were on hand to come to our assistance.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé avec un petit déjeuner délicieux
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre, le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! Tout était absolument délicieux et fait maison ! Un grand bravo à la cuisinière !

Cons:

Un petit peu mal isolé et le bar ferme à 18h, un peu tôt pour l’apéro !

Restful, comfortable stay in beautiful and peaceful surroundings
Pros:

Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful pool and views, walking distance to fab beaches. The hotel staff couldn’t have been lovelier; helping us arrange a boat trip for snorkelling in caves, spa appointments, assisting with local knowledge and recommendations for dinner. Every breakfast and lunch we ate was exceptional, really delicious and traditional food. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Pristine hotel with breakfast feast!
Pros:

We loved our 3 night stay at Cycladic Hotel & Spa and wished we could have stayed much longer. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how beautiful, serene, clean, and charming it was. Save your appetite for the incredible breakfast feast in the charming outdoor patio area! It has everything you could think of, including different baklava every morning. The chef was so nice to make breakfast available early the morning that we checked out. The pool was very serene and sparkling clean and we enjoyed it every day after beach time. You can get ice cream scoops at the pool area as well. The rooms were the perfect layout for my teenage daughter and I. Just enough space, flow, and we appreciated the small details of the room like the screened veranda door and the blackout blinds and efficient daily housekeeping. Hot water and internet was solid. The location is a short 7 minute walk from Agia Anna beach (and the bus stop). We preferred this location over staying right along the beach as it was quiet and restful but still quick and easy to get to the beach. The staff was very friendly and you can see it is well managed and cared for.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but we took the public bus from the ferry port to Agia Anna bus stop (super easy as the bus was right there in the parking lot when you get off the ferry!) and walked with our luggage to the hotel. While the walk from bus stop to hotel is short (7 minutes), there are not really sidewalks and the road is somewhat sandy or with gravel so that made pulling our luggage kind of difficult. It is doable but just be prepared if you do it that way.
