Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Essen und tolle Lage da das Hotel direkt am Strand ist
Der Teppichboden müsste im ganzen Hotel getauscht werden.
Das Schlimmste war die Lautstärke bis morgens um 4 Uhr durch sehr laute Musik im Umfeld und der Diskothek direkt daneben.
Was man wissen muss! Man kann ab 20 Uhr bis 1 Ihr nachts nicht ans Hotel mit dem Auto hinfahren! Komplett gesperrt!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beachfront, and the sea-facing view was beautiful. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering halal food that tasted really nice. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the overall experience more pleasant.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the bedroom. The shower had mould on the ceiling, the carpet had iron burn marks, and there were some dirty marks on the towel. Overall, the rooms felt quite run down and would benefit from refurbishment and better attention to cleanliness. Another major issue was the noise at night. Loud music from the clubs on the street continued until around 1am, and the sound was very noticeable inside the bedroom, making it difficult to sleep. I was particularly disturbed by this as there was no clear indication beforehand that the hotel was in such a noisy area. I think guests should be made aware of this when booking, and improving the soundproofing would make a big difference.

La spiaggia riservata molto sporca con ombrelloni troppo vicini il servizio per l colazione con personale poco professionale e la tipologia della colazione sicuramente non in linea con un albergo 5 stelle. Inoltre pur avendo una bella piscina all'ultimo piano non vi era nessun addetto e nessun servizio bar

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel & Spa. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the sea right in front of me. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room itself was beautiful—very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect start to the day.
Overall, everything was perfect—from the location and views to the service and comfort. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ulcinj!

We had a very nice stay at Plaza Hotel & Spa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very kind. The best part was definitely the beautiful sea view and the view of the Old Town, absolutely stunning. The location is also very good, close to everything. We would gladly come back again.
