Pros:

We spent a very relaxing weekend at this hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The spa was very relaxing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

One of the most beautiful locations I have seen. Very helpful staff. Their restaurant- Spot was truly incredible. Will certainly go back.

Cons:

It’s pretty far away from the airport in Dubrovnik. It was a 3 hour drive. Would not recommend. Flying to Tivat is much better.

Pros:

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed staying during the low season, as the hotel was quiet and peaceful.
The room was spotless, and I truly appreciated the little touches, such as the welcome gift, which made the stay feel extra special. The spa was also very relaxing and pleasantly calm.
Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience that I would recommend.

Sve je bilo izvrsno i na zavidnoj razini. Osoblje iznimno uslužno, susretljivo i pristojno, posebne pohvale momku koji je radio na automobilima i prtljazi. Soba savršena, prostrana sa svim što vam može zatrebat, krevet udoban. Doručak raznolik i obilat. Spa i teretana sa dovoljno sadržaja i opreme. Okruženje mirno i sa dosta sadržaja. Znamenitosti na dohvat ruke. Tople preporuke, bez razmišljanja se vraćamo!

Так, как здесь, нас не встречали нигде. Максимальная теплота и дружелюбие персонала. Интерьер, атмосфера - все на высшем уровне. Все вопросы решались мгновенно.
У отеля есть концепция - максимальный вклад в устойчивое развитие, спасение планеты. Нам каждый день приносили подарочки со смыслом, и иногда - небольшие послания.
Отель расположен в фантастическом месте с прекрасным видом. Создатели отеля насадили огромное количество деревьев, и воздух здесь - чистейший, его хочется увезти с собой.
В помещении отеля отличная звукоизоляция. Мы впервые оказались в отеле, где ничего не шумит.
Розетки всех видов везде, очень удобно.
Продуманная кухня в номере.
Порядок идеальный как внутри, так и на территории.
Каждый час, но с двух площадок ходит микроавтобус в посёлок, где есть вся инфраструктура.

Cons:

Мы не сразу смогли найти посуду, которая была убрана наверх.
Планшет с информацией разряжался очень быстро, но позже оказалось, что вся информация продублирована в телевизоре.
Унитаз выходил из строя два раза, но его мгновенно восстанавливали.
Все вопросы мгновенно решались любезнейшими сотрудниками.
Так что в целом - нет никаких недостатков!
