המלון מתחלק לחדרים במספר בניינים בעירה היפה פראסט על חוף הים. קיבלנו חדר גדול כ 35מ״ר עבור זוג ונערה בת 12 שנים, חדר ממנו יש נוף למים. קיבלנו עזרה עם המזוודות מצוות המלון. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. אכלנו במסעדת המלון ארוחת ערב, שווה במיוחד.

Beautiful views with a price that could not be beat
Pros:

The views from our room were stunning and having private parking made everything so much easier. The restaurant at the hotel was outstanding.

Cons:

The stairs to our room were very steep.

Exceptional service overall fantastic
Pros:

I can’t rate this Hotel high enough! Absolutely fantastic service, especially the bell boys fetching you and transfer in the buggy with a smile and fantastic reception staff even helping to bring a pump to blow up our swimming floaties. Exceptional breakfast on the water and great comfort and spacious room!

Toller Ort und gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Viel Personal. Wenn man abends im Restaurant essen möchte, sollte man vorher reservieren. Es gibt aber weitere Essenmöglichkeiten im Ort. Tolle Möglichkeit, um Perast am Abend oder frühen Morgen ohne die ganzen Tagestouristen zu sehen. Der Ort ist wirklich toll.

Cons:

Die Bilder könnten etwas verwirren. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Es gibt aber Bademöglichkeiten im Ort. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze am Anfang und am Ende von Perast. Ein Tagesticket kostet 25€. Man wird mit vom Hotel mit einem Golfcar abgeholt.

The location is exceptional, and the penthouse offers a unique experience with stunning views and ample space for a family of 3–4 to feel very comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the restaurant was excellent, offering a very enjoyable dining experience

Cons:

When booking a penthouse, guests naturally expect a certain level of service and attention to detail. At the very least, clear and precise instructions regarding parking arrangements should be provided.

Unfortunately, despite several phone calls, the process remained disorganized and confusing. There was a noticeable lack of proactivity and understanding of how important convenience and a smooth arrival experience are for guests traveling by car. This was the only aspect of an otherwise enjoyable stay that did not meet expectations.

Great location and breakfast! Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Convenient ground floor room a must!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable beds. We got a promenade Seaview ground floor room with our own sun beds. Great in Perast to not climb stairs everywhere. The staff picked us up with our suitcases in a golf buggy and were really friendly.

Прекрасный отель, современный и очень чистый! Бассейн- отдельное удовольствие в таком месте! Завтраки очень милые и вкусные с игристым!

Cons:

Очень громкий внешний блок кондиционера во дворе перед номером, невозможно спать. В номере плохо работали кондиционеры (вообще не включались) и свет в ванной перестал включаться…

Безумно красивый город, и очень классный отель.
Pros:

Очень классный персонал и очень хорошее отношение. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить работников по имени Vikas и Dragan. Можно попросить доставить Вас из точки А в точку Б на клуб Каре. Это бесплатно.
Если ехать в путешествие на лодке, можно взять полотенца которые дает гостиница.
Очень хороший ресторан. Очень советуем.

Pros:

It was stunning. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Tried to get early an early Checkin and I had asked about it for months, I would have hoped 1 room would be ready.
The main thing the hair dryer did not work, when someone came to look at it they said this has been a problem in this room. Overall though, the stay was wonderful
