I had an amazing stay at Hotel Conte and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The location is perfect, with amazing views of the Bay of Kotor. The restaurant is also wonderful and had the best food I tasted in Montenegro. The architecture is stunning and made the stay feel magical. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Perast!

It was the perfect place for my daughter & I to stay & we would go back again in the future.
Pros:

A charming & exceptionally well run hotel, in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful & courteous & nothing was too much trouble. Our junior suite was very comfortable, spotlessly clean & had wonderful views overlooking the sea. The restaurant was excellent & there was always the option of eating inside or out which was perfect. I would heartily recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodations; could tighten up on a few details.

The location is awesome! The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable

Cons:

I clearly booked Jr Suite Sea View, and I did not receive that room. I received a classic room. Due to the location, my taxi could not drive me to the hotel, but they were sending someone up to get me with a scooter, they never showed up and so i walked to the hotel. And lastly, and this is a BIG one ... there was a maggot on my strawberry at the breakfast and when I showed it to the waiter, he just removed the strawberry and shrugged his shoulders ...

Sehr netter historischer Ort direkt an der Bucht von Kotor
Pros:

Perast ist ein kleiner, schön anzuschauender historischer Ort (autofrei, man muss ausserhalb parken) direkt an der Kotor Bay. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren, über den ganzen Ort verteilten, Gebäuden. Unsere Zimmer waren in einem Annex rund 200m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und bequem. Wir waren im 4. Stock, da gibt es nur sehr kleine Fenster, deshalb war es auch recht dunkel im Zimmer, Meerblick wegen des kleinen Fenster und Lage des Gebäudes in der zweiten Reihe nur sehr eingeschränkt. Gutes Frühstück auf der Terasse direkt am Meer. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wie gesagt: mir war es ein bißchen zu dunkel im Zimmer

Ufak tefek aksilikler olsa da genel olarak memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu, akşam yemeği çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterince çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Personeller çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Odada internetimiz iyi çekmiyordu ve tesiste odalar birbirinden ayrı konumlardaydı. En önemlisi maalesef otopark sorunu oldu bizim için çünkü tesise ayrılmış özel bir otopark alanı yoktu. Perast yoğun turist çeken bir yer olduğu için arabamızı park etmekte zorlandık.

Exceptional views, exceptional room, exceptional staff.
Pros:

The room was stunning, overlooking the bay. The facilities were great; the free breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choice. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful, providing transport from the parking spaces to the hotel. We would absolutely stay again!

Pros:

Otelin bulunduğu konum ,manzarasi , dekorasyonu , kahvaltısı, restauranttaki yiyecek çeşitliliği, personelin tecrubeli yardimsever ve nazikliği özellikle Ali Beyin nezaketi ve tecrübeli yönlendirmeleri ile otelin ve perastın tüm güzelliklerini yaşadık.
