Would not recommend. Better to come from any Kotor/Dobrota hotel for a walk and a dinner and then return back to you
Pros:

Almost nothing. Nice location but this is due to Perast being a small town with all the houses being in the waterfront.

Cons:

Very bad impression. We arrived by car (rental) to the parking lot which location was provided by the hotel manager. For some reason they refused to share the location in Booking chat, only in WhatsApp. The parking lot is full of hustlers who run the parking lot and every one of them tries to get money from you. At the same time, the police are also there and they fine those who parked on the other side of the lot. Must share the profits with the hustlers))
Our room was in a separate building, 5-7 min walk from the reception. The room was okay, traditional interior. But instead of the romantic noice of an old city all you can hear is construction around you and sound from your neighbors’ water pipes. The door to the room doesn’t close properly which is not safe.
No shower gel in the bathroom, no slippers, no hygienic kit, etc.
Funny thing is - when we checked out we were told that we could use another parking lot. Maybe would’ve been a better experience but who knew.

For Couples
Pros:

It’s centrally located, yet it’s a peaceful spot where you can enjoy a vacation with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

They don’t have two separate beda; they moved us to the main building and said they’d upgraded us, but switching from a junior suite to a standard double room isn’t an upgrade.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect right in the center of Perast. They had parking as well as a shuttle to help with luggage transfers. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the views were incredible. It felt like we were living in a postcard.

Cons:

The pull out couch bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on.

Pros:

Great breakfast, spacious room.

Cons:

The room in different building and you don’t what you book - only learn where is your actual room once you arrive. Only partial sea view.
