מקים מצויין , מלון סה"ג טוב פרט לבית הקפה שבכניסה

מיקום , צוות קבלה היה יעיל וידידותי

Cons:

לפני כניסה ללובי של המלון יש בית קפה ששייך למלון שהוא מלא באנשים צעירים שכולם מעשנים (אין איסור עישון במקום)
כך לפני שאתה מגיע ללובי של המלון אתה מקבל מכת עשן !!

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The hotel had its own underground parking which we appreciated.

Cons:

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to air it even with 2 open windows.

PERFECT STAY NEAR TO CITY CENTER
Pros:

In general everything was according to my expectations.

Hotel completely fulfilled my request for a "quite room", and I am very thankful for this.

A special mention to Mr. Haris in breakfast area, who was attending me with professionality and sincere politeness, much appreciated.

As well the Reception Team was kind, efficient and professional, both in check-in and check-out.

Last but not least, room was very clean and in perfect conditions.

Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Es gab keine Brötchen zum Frühstück und nur Brote. Desweiteren war das Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel recht klein gehalten. Die Duschbrause war verkalkt.
