Гостиница требует ремонта
Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее,

Cons:

из минусов номер уставший, балкон большой по размеру но пластиковые стулья не располагают к отдыху, вид из балкона был не на море а на стоянку. Завтрак большой выбор но мало что вкусно, кофе из аппарата не вкусное, попросили из машинки оно не входит в завтрак надо платить отдельно, заказали латте и оно тоже не вкусное. Цена за номер завышена по нашей оценке. И можно предложить гостям бутылку холодной воды как минимум на наш взгляд.

Would recommend, great location and staff were fantastic
Pros:

Great location, can walk pretty much anywhere which was great. Staff were very helpful, clean.

Cons:

If you have a beach front room can be loud until the restaurant closes but if you stay up later it wouldn’t be a problem.

Cons:

Сложилось впечатление, что в номере кого-то грохнули, замытые пятна на ковре, на террасе пятна на стенах. В спальне прикроватные тумбы без дверей и ящиков. Матрас на диване в гостиной пережил не одну эпоху. Здоровенная терраса с грязным столом и стульями, солнечная сторона, зонт отсутствует, днём находиться не возможно, хотя такую площадь можно было обыграть: поставить лежаки и зонт и джакузи!

A comfortable hotel, in an excellent central spot with fabulous views.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with a lovely view from our balcony.
It’s just a two minute walk into Puerto Montenegro.
We ate at the hotel once and our meals were excellent.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
There is a lovely gravel beach a short walk from the hotel, with lovely views, very comfortable sun beds (Two beds and an umbrella for 20€) and toilets. Turn left at the front of the hotel walk around the small old marina and it’s the second beach at the end.

Cons:

The room is we had was a little tired, things like for example, edges of wallpaper needing to be pasted down.
It is an advertised as a spa hotel, however when we were there the sauna was turned off.

I thought I booked a four star. I paid a four star rate but did not meet expectations
Pros:

Location excellent and staff were friendly

Cons:

Bathroom facilities broken. Room very tired. Poor air conditioning that you could not control yourself. Had to ask for second room key
