A fantastic stay, we truly enjoyed every moment.
Pros:

We truly had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tonanti. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the quality and variety of the food, which was excellent at every meal. The spa center was also fantastic, very well maintained and relaxing, and it really added to the overall experience.
The staff was professional, welcoming and attentive, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. My parents and I genuinely enjoyed every moment, and it was a perfect place to rest and recharge. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

Preporučujem porodicama sa decom, jer je hotel baš prilagođen za svaki uzrast.
Pros:

Sve je u hotelu uredno, čisto. Bazeni čisti, sa toplom vodom uvek. Veoma bogata ponuda i za doručak i za večeru. Igraonica za decu je sasvim dovoljna. U sobi nisam čula buku iz drugih soba, iako je hotel bio pun male dece. Stvarno smo odmorili i uživali.

Cons:

Cena parkinga je previsoka, a pritom nam na check-in-u na recepciji nisu rekli da se parking dodatno naplaćuje po danu. Više se isplati da se vozilo parkira na nekom mestu gde se regularno placa dnevna parking karta, nego njihovo mesto.

Odličan hotel, sjajna hrana i lokacija, uz poneke organizacione nedostatke
Pros:

Doručak je odličan, a s obzirom na to da smo boravili na polupansionu, večera je bila izvanredna.

Lokacija hotela je sjajna - već na samom izlazu nalazi se park i glavno šetalište.

Sobe su manje, ali lepo uređene i imaju veoma dobru zvučnu izolaciju.

Spa centar je veoma dobar, a bar je odličan - prijatan (cozy) ambijent i pristojne cene.

Cons:

Na svakom spratu nalazi se po jedna garnitura za sedenje u ulaznom hodniku, koji je zaista prostran. Možda bi vredelo razmisliti o dodavanju jednog stola za društvene igre, što bi dodatno obogatilo zajednički prostor.

Bazen je odličan, međutim postoji problem sa ležaljkama - nema ih dovoljno, a gosti hotela često ostavljaju peškire na njima, ponekad i za celu porodicu, zbog čega je gotovo nemoguće pronaći slobodnu ležaljku. Možda bi trebalo razmotriti određeno ograničenje, na primer jednu ležaljku po sobi 🙂.

Tokom našeg boravka postojao je i problem sa prijemom gostiju - čekanje na spremnu sobu trajalo je i po nekoliko sati. Moguće je da je u pitanju bio trenutni problem, ali svakako nije bilo prijatno provesti nekoliko sati na recepciji čekajući ulazak u sobu.

Osoblje ljubazno, sobe čiste i kreveti udobni. Hrana raznovrsna i ukusna, bazen i spa odlični.

Cons:

Prošle godine, kada smo bili gosti hotela, u sobi nas je dočekao aparat za kafu, što me je kao ljubitelja kafe posebno oduševilo. Ovog puta toga nije bilo, čak nema ni kuvala, ni nes kafe niti par kesica čaja za dobrodošlicu. Sitnice često čine razliku, a nedostatak ovih detalja umanjuje osećaj komfora.
Za hotel sa četiri zvezdice i u ovom cenovnom rangu, ovo predstavlja primetan minus, jer nije isti doživljaj popiti kafu u sobi u odnosu na restoran.
Svakako ovo ne umanjuje moju ocenu.
