Pros:

Everything with the hotel was completely fine; the staff was extremely fast and professional, the pools were ideal for relaxation, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

The only problem is the clientele - there are a lot of noisy, entitled and arrogant guests who rush to reserve as many sunbeds as possible early in the morning and often smoke right by the pool, bothering other guests.

Cons:

I cut myself while walking in the outdoor pool. The moment I got out, blood started dripping across the tiles. I quickly left the area to find help. At first, no one did anything—literally nothing. When I saw children running through the blood droplets, I cleaned the tiles myself with a napkin. Only then did staff notice and call a cleaning lady.They then called the physiotherapist because there was no doctor at the hotel. He was a pleasant enough young man, but he was completely unequipped to handle the situation. He simply cleaned the wound and applied sticking plasters while it was still bleeding. When I reached reception, they showed almost no concern. They merely asked if I wanted them to call a taxi so I could go to the hospital emergency department. Still soaking wet, I got into the taxi and went to the hospital. The medical staff noted that the plaster hadn’t even been applied properly. They cleaned the wound of blood thoroughly, bandaged it correctly, and gave me a tetanus shot. I took another taxi back to the hotel, my swimming shorts still wet. Reception remained completely indifferent. When I complained, they called the manager, who spoke with me and then did nothing of any real value. He sent a complimentary fruit salad, as if that somehow compensated for a ruined weekend. This place is an absolute disgrace even tho they claim they are the best hotel in town. I am currently speaking with a lawyer to determine whether it is worth pursuing legal action against them.
