Sve je bilo u savršenom redu
Nemam zamerke
Izuzetno mi se dopada uređenost sobe, zvučna izolacija, čistoća, vredne sobarice i osoblje koje održava celu zgradu.
Hotel ovog ranga, ne bi trebalo da prima korisnike aqua zone naplaćujući ulaznice kao za bazen. Previše je ljudi, zagušljivo je i neprijatno subotom uveče, umesto relaksirajuće.
Bila sam samo u slanoj sobi, gužva je bila ne primerena iz navedenog razloga.
Na odlasku iz hotela, a bili smo samo jednu noć, morali smo da sačekamo da sobarica javi recepciji da mogu da nas “puste”. Hotel koji se smatra toliko ekskluzivnim, ovakve stvari bi trebalo da radi neprimetno ili da shvate da zbog nekih ljudi ne treba ovako da se ponašaju prema svim gostima.
Konobarica u restoranu, u prizemlju, je fantasticna.
Maserka Suzana je fenomenalna, svaka preporuka.

Bazeni trebaju renoviranje.
Mini bar u sobi nije imao kompletno pice kao na spisku, prijavili smo, a ipak su nam naplatili. Te sitnice mi jako smetaju.

Bukvalno su ljudi svi koji su bili gosti hotela bili nezadovoljni što nismo mogli da koristimo sadržaj za koji smo i došli
