Wenn es eine rauchfreie Therme wird gehen wir wider hin
Pros:

Zimmer Luxuriös und sehr sauber.
Freundliches Personal.
Therme ok.

Cons:

Was uns absolut gestört hat und was auch der Grund ist warum wir diese Therme nicht mehr buchen werden !!!!
ES WIRD FAST IN DER GANZEN THERME GERAUCHT !!!! Es wird im Restaurant, in der Lobby, bei der Bar !!!!!
Am schlimmsten war es beim Frühstück, der Saal war voller Kinder wir waren auch mit unserer Tochter dort, wir konnten nicht mal frühstücken weil dort die Leute geraucht haben und es hat so nach Rauch gestuckten man konnte nicht mehr richtig atmen!!!!!

Като цяло ни хареса, но има какво още да се подобри

Удобни легла; много вкусна храна на закуска и в ресторанта; голям детски кът; достатъчно места за паркиране; голяма разновидност от басейни и съоръжения; на пешеходно разстояние от центъра; имаше легло за детето, което ни чакаше в стаята; в стаята беше чисто и топло

Cons:

Температурата на водата в банята имаше нужда от постоянна настройка; детските столчета навсякъде са захабени, счупени и мръсни; не се следи какво се случва в детския кът и децата чупят играчките; спа центърът и басейните имат голям потенциал, но не се поддържат добре и много неща са захабени или счупени;

Hotel je savršen.
Pros:

Doručak je bio odličan, kao i hrana u restoranu.
Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno.
Hotel je čist i ima odličan sadržaj za decu (igraonica, bazeni za decu...).
Sve u svemu, čista desetka.

In overal, good value for money!!!
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, with parking always available. There was a wide variety of food at breakfast, although the coffee quality and the outdated coffee and juice machines could be improved. The staff at both the buffet and à la carte restaurant were friendly, as were the reception staff.

Cons:

There were many ‘day pass’ guests, which made the pool areas quite busy and less relaxing. The kids’ area also needs some attention, particularly regarding safety.

Све нам се јако допало, чисте собе са великом терасом, добра услуга у ресторану, погодна локација, добар хотел.
Pros:

Укусни доручак, добра сауна, чисте собе, услуга је добра

Cons:

Није радио хамам! Није било лопате за ципеле, није било малих сапуна, памучних туфера и штапића за уши, четкице за зубе за једнократну употребу, ситнице које су биле потребне)
