Pros:

Стаята беше много хубава, реновиран е хотела. На добро място. Курорта е симпатичен.

Cons:

Строежи навън. Басейните са лоши. Мирише на хлор... Единият басейн, топлия, е целият в джакузита, не особено добри. Не може да се плува. Другият е по-хладен и разделен, пак не може да се плува. Спато е под всякаква критика, студена сауна и студена солна баня.

Pros:

This is our second time visiting the hotel. The most delicious breakfast is here. Clean place with warm pools. Thanks to the reception staff for keeping our documents that we would have forgotten. Thank you very much! Vrnjačka Banya is a peaceful and pleasant town.

Pros:

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno posebno konobarica Jelena❤️

Cons:

Možda bi mogli da uvedu neko vreme u toku dana (par sati),kada bazen i wellness koriste samo gosti hotela i da se malo više povede računa kako se koriste saune (ulaze ljudi sa telefonima,torbicama,jako su glasni)

Pros:

Хороший, приятный отель. Новые номера, чисто и удобные кровати. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Очень хорошая спа зона - несколько бассейнов с разной температурой. Неплохая зона спа. Выдали комплект полотенец и халаты, был халат и для ребёнка. При выселение разрешили остаться в спа без ограничений.
Отпуском мы довольны, отпуск удался.

Cons:

В субботу проходят ночные купания. Наши окна выходили на аквапарк, громкая музыка из аквапарка мешала спать.

Wenn es eine rauchfreie Therme wird gehen wir wider hin
Pros:

Zimmer Luxuriös und sehr sauber.
Freundliches Personal.
Therme ok.

Cons:

Was uns absolut gestört hat und was auch der Grund ist warum wir diese Therme nicht mehr buchen werden !!!!
ES WIRD FAST IN DER GANZEN THERME GERAUCHT !!!! Es wird im Restaurant, in der Lobby, bei der Bar !!!!!
Am schlimmsten war es beim Frühstück, der Saal war voller Kinder wir waren auch mit unserer Tochter dort, wir konnten nicht mal frühstücken weil dort die Leute geraucht haben und es hat so nach Rauch gestuckten man konnte nicht mehr richtig atmen!!!!!

Удобни легла; много вкусна храна на закуска и в ресторанта; голям детски кът; достатъчно места за паркиране; голяма разновидност от басейни и съоръжения; на пешеходно разстояние от центъра; имаше легло за детето, което ни чакаше в стаята; в стаята беше чисто и топло

Cons:

Температурата на водата в банята имаше нужда от постоянна настройка; детските столчета навсякъде са захабени, счупени и мръсни; не се следи какво се случва в детския кът и децата чупят играчките; спа центърът и басейните имат голям потенциал, но не се поддържат добре и много неща са захабени или счупени;
