Pros:

The location of the property is amazing as there are many restaurants nearby, there are two pools, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff were also very accommodating and helpful. I would gladly come back for another stay. :)

we enjoyed our stay very much

very good location, close to the beach side and has a very good view, clean room and helpful staff

Modernes Hotel am Stand von Ulcinj
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem.
Die Bar des Hotels ist sehr einladend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht isoliert. Die Musik der Partylocations von nahe gelegenen Strand ist on den Zimmern sehr laut. Die Geräusche der benachbarten Zimmer sind auch gut hörbar.
Es gibt viel zu wenige Liegen an Pool, da sämtliche, trotz Verbot, reserviert wurden.

Clean, comfortable for a short stay
Pros:

Very clean, pool waiter is really kind.
There are 2 pools, one is bigger and the other is infinity pool, a smaller one.

Cons:

Breakfast was too basic and lacks variety.
Pool water a bit cold. No sunbrellas on infinity pool.

Good hotel, but there is space for improvement.
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, new hotel, very clean, excellent stuff (really nice and polite cleaning stuff).

Cons:

Internet was not working well, small details in the room (this could have been an excellent hotel, but they did not pay attention to details).
One thing that was really bad is that we could not get more than 1 card per room. This was a big limitation.
Some guests were very very loud (screaming, yelling).

Idéal pour chiller et profiter de l'adriatique.
Pros:

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé pour profiter de la région d'Ulcinj, avec plusieurs piscines, une plage à 5 min de marche, une multitude de restaurants à proximité pour tous les goûts, et à 20 min en voiture de Velika Plaza.

Fint beliggenhet og ok rom. Men fasilitetene var ikke noe å skryte av!
Pros:

Nærme sentrum.

Cons:

Vi bataler for hotellet men å bruke basseng kommer da i tillegg. Et basseng på hotellet skal ikke kunne koste penger å bruke! I tilegg var det ikke noe heis noe sted, mange og lange trapper bare.

Don’t recommend.
Cons:

I really don't recommend staying here unless you're coming with friends to party. The music was extremely loud until around 1:00 a.m., so if you're a light sleeper like we are, don't expect to get much rest.
The room also wasn't very clean. We found dead flies on the windowsill, and the walls and ceilings seemed to have very little soundproofing. We could clearly hear the people above us walking around and even flushing the toilet.
The staff was friendly, but when we asked for recommendations on things to do in the area or nearby, they weren't able to offer much guidance.
In my opinion, it's worth driving a little farther to stay in Budva, Kotor, or even crossing the border to Shkodër. We rarely leave negative reviews, but after 17 days of traveling, this was unfortunately our least enjoyable stay. For the price, it just wasn't worth it.
It's such a bummer because Ulcinj has so much potential. We loved the beautiful beaches and can definitely see why people visit, but unfortunately our stay here didn't live up to the destination itself.

Die Plätze am Pool sind sehr beschränkt ! Obwohl es zwei Pools sind… da müssen sie sich etwas einfallen lassen…

Das Hotel liegt über einer Bucht, die von 21.30 bis 1.00Uhr mit Musik beschallt wird von gegenüberliegender Lokation an der Uferpromenade, da kommt man vor 1.00 Uhr nicht zur Ruhe…

Wait till the construction is over
Pros:

Pretty view. Close to town and a lot of Beach clubs. Very clean.

Cons:

My room was tiny and I couldn’t even open my suitcase fully. The hotel is under construction so breakfast is three flights up (and not very good). It did not feel inviting. Also, water view rooms might mean that you have to walk to the edge of your terrace to see the water. Lots and lots of very small children. That could be a good thing or a bad thing.
