How can I even start? From the staff, the hospitality, to every little detail of our stay, it was simply perfect. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it looked exactly like the photos. One thing that really caught my attention was the power outlet: they have the same type used in the Middle East (photo shared), which made charging our phones so easy without needing to bring a portable adaptor. It’s something rare to find in Europe!

The design of the villa was amazing, the view was fantastic, and the service was beyond excellent. The cleaning ladies did a great job, tidy and respectful, never touching our things even if we forgot to put them in the locker. The location is also ideal: close to the beach and markets, easily reachable on foot.

Now about the staff, absolutely super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The security guy (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was the first to greet us, helping with our bags, welcoming us with a smile and jokes, and immediately putting us in a good mood. The reception team was honestly the best we’ve encountered during our whole trip. They made us feel like home, like we were among our own people. Every day they surprised us with small gestures from the hotel, always greeted us warmly, and were available 24/7. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and activities to do. They even offered to arrange taxis for us (though we had already arranged one ourselves), and still, their care was much appreciated.

When it was time to leave, three reception team members came to help with our luggage, making sure we were safe and comfortable. They even brought us bottled water for our taxi ride. And just before we left, Suzana came with an unforgettable gift, such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly left us speechless.

Cons:

I truly enjoyed my stay — though I did find the price a bit high, so I’d love to receive a special offer next time, maybe I’ll try booking directly with the hotel instead of using the app. :’)

Really nice room with a beautiful view of the pool and bay. A great pool area that was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Really good breakfast offering as well. I liked the location being a bit further out from the town and within walking distance of the coastline to the south of ulcinj, which is really pretty. The staff were a highlight for sure, we arrived early and we were able to use the pool area, they helped organise a great taxi driver and when I told them it was my fiance's birthday they went above and beyond and filled our room with balloons, candles and fresh flowers which made her day really special!

Le bar à oeufs : il y a un stand où l'on demande de nous préparer des œufs à la plancha le matin. Très bonne idée !

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre inexistante. On entend les voisins et la discothèque en face qui nous empêche de dormir.
Les remontées d'odeur et bruits de plomberie dans la salle de bain.
Le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4* : Rien n'est fait maison, tout est frit et sans goût. Pas beaucoup de sucré par rapport au salé. Le réassort est long.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'est pas aimable.

Обшарпанный номер, не соответствует цена качеству, за 800€ президентский номер за 2 ночи, корпуса отеля находятся на горе, бег по лестницам, багаж персонал не помог унести до номера, пахнет канализацией в номере, сильный шум от дискотек в городе до 01:00 ночи
