非常优越，还会再来。
Pros:

建筑很有特色，作为一家百余年经营的家族旅馆，可以看出管理很有水平。从卫生清洁到家具的维护到装饰品的摆放，都能发现十分用心。住宿的三天中，发现这家旅馆应该有很多忠粉来此度假。
房间很宽敞，我体验了早餐和晚餐，对晚餐十分好评，我认为食物以及餐具都很精致，很多食材都是他们农场homemade，非常新鲜，口感很好。服务的两位绅士也十分热情，对于餐前面包的蘸酱，牛油果绿色的，十分惊艳，此外就是沙拉，我从来没有尝过如此新鲜的嫩叶，每一道菜都相当满意！
早餐也很有品质，但是我们吃了三天没有更换菜单，若能有所调整会更好。
酒店提供交通卡，便于出行，门口就是25路bus，再走一些路可以搭乘170bus，我们除了在萨尔茨堡游览，还乘坐150去了圣吉尔根，坐了游船去了圣沃尔夫冈，还体验了缆车和滑翔伞，我觉得奥地利湖区太美了，我还会再来的。

Cons:

服务人员，尤其是煎omelet的那位女士，表情很严肃，似乎不太愉快。可以理解她在认真工作，但是对比前台接待的工作认真细致态度热情周到的工作人员来说，有一些体验上的差距。

Great place to stay but not sure about the extra charges.

I’m confused about the booking. We pu in 2 adults with 2 teenagers in two rooms. It looks like we got charged an extra 55 euros per night per room. Feels wrong, why not include that when the booking was made. The communication happened afterwards but I don’t think the room was changed in any way to account for the extra charges. Was there an error at booking time or just an extra charge with poorly worded explanation - zusatzbett.

Magnifique hôtel en périphérie de Salzbourg
Pros:

Hôtel absolument magnifique, chambre très grande, moderne, décorée avec gout. Piscine et sauna très chouettes. Salzbourg est très facile d'accès par le bus 25 devant l'hôtel (ticket mobilité gratuit). En 20-25 minutes, vous êtes dans le centre de Salzbourg. Parking très grand et sécurisé.

Cons:

Les oreillers n'ont pas de forme.

This property is exceptional. It’s peaceful with beautiful rooms, excellent food, local products, and the most friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and we will also return. Spa was exactly what we wanted
