Pros:

Good food, clean rooms. The shower had hot water quickly, and the AC worked really well too.

Great hotel, but don't rely on the airport transfer
Pros:

Clean, safe and quiet

Cons:

Pre arrival communication and airport pick up was a failure. It' s better to use a taxi at the airport than relying on the airport transfer from the hotel. No communication.

Short Stay - Long Relations Established - The Pearl is now my go to in Dhaka
Pros:

This was my second stay within several weeks. I was greeted like an old friend. The room was just perfect. When my flight to Colombo was cancelled due to Cyclone Ditwah the hotel was happy to extend my stay, arrange new transport to airport when needed and assist in other communications contact. All in all a brilliant hotel and staff.

Cons:

I have nothing to note that I would wish changed.
