Bad Management
Pros:

Clean and quiet

Cons:

Bad Management. It took me a while for them to understand my request to pay separately. I tried to explain in Bengali and English but they couldn’t understand my request.
I booked a budget room and tried to change as per management advice. But couldn’t change. I had to cancel the booking. Then went back to book within 2 minutes and it showing more price than before. I end up paying the price of deluxe double room for Budget room.
Management advised me to get better room. But the price was too high I couldn’t book. Went back to pay for budget room whining 2 minutes and the price went extremely high prices.
For few hours over stay they charged 50% of the room rate. Which I feel very unfair. Stayed in other hotels in same area and nobody charged extra.
Crown Palace Residence has their own rule.

Large comfortable beds. Room was clean.
Pros:

I booked large deluxe room. Expected 2 large beds but it was only one double bed and one single bed.
It was a bit crowded and couldn’t use the cupboard. As it was jammed with double bed.
Service was good. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

I stayed in this hotel before and found it very clean. But this time I felt that comot toilet was dirty. And the shower for the toilet was always leaking.

Pros:

The food was Very good.

Cons:

The room had a window, but it didn't offer any outside view. When opened, it looked directly into another empty room, which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable.
