Pros:

Very friendly cleaning staff. Breakfast was good, a lot of choice.

Cons:

I picked an attic room thinking it was just on the highest floor but otherwise like the rooms in the photos. But no, it definitely is less nice, the windows were not working well, the bed was squeaky. You don't want to be much taller than 170cm or 5'6, you might hit your head on the ceiling. There should have been specific photos of the rooms in the attic in the posting.

Pros:

L’emplacement et la terrasse du petit dej

Cons:

Chambre standard très étroite, un lit qui grince avec un matelas trop grand pour le sommier, un lavabo bouché et non débouché malgré notre signalement, aucun ménage pendant le séjour (poubelle non vidée, tasse changée aléatoirement, aucun nettoyage des sanitaires) et changement de serviettes quotidien pas très écologique, clim bruyante et pas très efficace personnel pas très chaleureux.

Perfect celebraion of my 50th Birthday
Pros:

view to the sea, full buffet breakfast excellent dinner and all that goes with it.
Staff was helpfull to organise my birthday party celebration and exceed my expectations
I planned this event for a year, and Andrijana, Iva, Vuk, Oli and others really made it happen !

Cons:

that we had only one hour rain on saturday :)

Perast ist eine absolute Touristenhochburg und teuer. Das Hotel war gut und fair priced.
Pros:

Hotel und Personal war gut und freundlich. Reinigungspersonal sehr nett und macht einen guten Job. Das Restaurant unter dem Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. 1 Bier (3.3 dl, Lokalmarke) zum Mitnehmen Euro 6.50!

Cons:

Küchenlüftung vom gegenübergelegenen Restaurant sehr lärmig - stellte dann ca. um 23.00 h ab.

Schönes Hotel aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Infrastruktur
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Personal freundlich. Zudem gibt es ein kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Bad war schimmelig.

Местоположение и дружелюбный персонал. На этом все плюсы завершены.

Cons:

Отель не соответствует своей ценовой категории. Заявлено 3 звезды, но даже близко нет данной категории.Скудные и одообразные завтраки.На первом этаже пахнет чем то не приятным.В отеле и в номерах плохо убираются. Ужасная шумоизоляция, точнее ее нет совсем. В обеденное время отдохнуть невозможно, потому что персонал ооооочень громко между собой общаются.

There are much better choices in Perast - this is not a boutique hotel by any definition.
Pros:

not much, good location in Perast

Cons:

no hot water in the shower, room and bathroom not clean (hairs from previous guests), bad quality breakfast, outdated furniture, uncomfortable bed and mattress, no room service, no reception service early in the morning or late in the evening, tv was not working (not even connected), very slow internet connections (video calls did not work), etc.

Perast é um charme e vale a visita

Hotel muito charmoso, Fica em frente ao mar, com ótimo café da manhã e boas instalações.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar da estadia, estava ótima e o hotel é muito bom, inclusive seus funcionários. Porém, compramos um passeio de lancha no hotel, indicação da atendente. O prometido era o ocupação de 7 pessoas a lancha. A lancha estava com 13 pessoas! Não tinha lugar pra sentar. A lancha era velha e em mau estado, com pedaços do estofado caindo, marinheiro em alta velocidade. O passeio foi um tortura em razão das péssimas condições da lancha. Não comprem passeios do hotel!!!!
