The temperature inside was very pleasant, due to the stone walls,breakfast area near water was gorgeous. Didn’t use AC during night, even though outside was hot.
The bathroom door wasn’t closing,
Hotel cancelled our booking at 11:30am on the day we were meant to arrive due overbooking. There was no communication from the hotel other than a generic email from booking.com. Really disappointing.

Slow internet — social media, video calls, and games barely work. The staff are rather unenthusiastic. The breakfast is quite basic.
A room without a sea view, where the window faces a wall, is definitely not worth the price.

The room's sea view made it a very delightful experience, and the location was in close proximity to most sites hence making it easy to promenade and book water tours
The breakfast was not much of a continental spread as I had expected, it felt more homemade than my palate is used to.
A fantastic location at the centre of Perast with a lovely breakfast area on the waterfront. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts choice was good quality but limited. Hot drinks freely available in the lounge area throughout the day. Golf buggy transfer from hotel to Perast bus stop with luggage. Good air conditioning.
Originally put in the wrong room due to a booking system problem, so wouldn't endorse the double attic room, as the sloping ceiling and the small en-suite made it uncomfortable, also skylight blinds were broken and skylights were dirty. However the room we booked, which we eventually were able to access, was a standard room with a sea view, and was very pleasant and comfortable.
At times there was no water, due to water restrictions covering all of Perast, and the tap water was not drinkable, but bottled water wasn't routinely offered, unless asked for.

Vila Perast non ci delude mai. Il soggiorno è sempre super piacevole, lo staff gentilissimo, il cibo ottimo.
La colazione abbondante e varia, consumata sul pontile sul mare è un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il servizio navetta sempre disponibile a trasportarvi dal parcheggio all'albergo, in qualsiasi ora del giorno.
