Pros:

My god, I was blown away by this hotel. Its currently being fully renovated amd due to be finished soon. Luxury at a medium price. I had a seaview and it was spectacular. Drinking an espresso (from the room machine) in the morning on my balcony will be a memory forever.
Incredible bathroom and shower. Fantastic bed.

There wasnt anything i didnt like about this place

Çok rahat, konum olarak harika, temizdi, kahvaltısı bizim için yeterliydi.
Pros:

Tesis yenileniyor, odalarda tadilat var, koridorlar biraz kötüydü, ama odamız tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyordu. İkram olarak küçük bir şarap ve meyve vardı çok ince düşünülmüş. Samosun merkezinde hemen arka sokağında taverna, ön tarafında Cafe var. Marketlere ve en önemlisi feribota çok yakın, kolayca bulduk ve yerleştik. Kahvaltısı güzeldi.

Cons:

Otopark yok :( ve yakında yer bulmak mümkün değil.

Pros:

Konumu limana 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok temiz, her gün temizlik yapıldı, havlular değiştirildi . Kahvaltısı son derece güzeldi

A perfect hotel with very friendly staff right next to the sea
Pros:

The location of the hotel is superb , the rooms are very comfortable and renovated recently. The view from my room was spectacular . The restaurant also was nice.

I think breakfast was a little bit basic

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. Its location is excellent and its staff are better - courteous, affable, amiable, helpful. We stayed in a sea view room and the views across the bay were magnificent. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast first class. The bar was good. It has a roof top pool with a large sunbathing area (closed at the moment) again with great views. We were there before the season really started and it was relatively quiet. We really liked it.

Cons:

Nothing. Be aware if you have a sea view/bay view then you will also get the noise from the road and the cafe bars. Although the rooms are soundproofed if you are a light sleeper you may find it a touch difficult. Not much anybody can do about that.
