Sehr empfehlenswert für Urlaub in Ulcinj mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig & entspannt.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Funktional eingerichtet.

Cons:

Einmal kein fliessendes Wasser, wurde jedoch behoben.

A wonderful beach vacation with Southeast European charm
Pros:

The food was excellent and the views were stunning. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. I'd happily book my next vacation here again.

Cons:

No funcionaba el wi-fi.
Me dijeron que era por la lluvia pero yo creo es porque dejaron de pagar el servicio por ser vísperas de cierre del establecimiento por fin de temporada.

Das Hotel ist für einen Aufenthalt in Ulcinj absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr hübsches Stadthotel mit toller Lage in der Altstadt. Wir hatten direkten Blick auf‘s Meer. Das Zimmer war groß und schön gemacht. Das Bad auch und es gab genug Platz für die Kleider. Die Terrasse zum Frühstücken draußen war gemütlich, das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend und das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich.

Old town, magical stay.
Pros:

The location was breath taking- full of charm. The hotel is along a cobbled path in the old town right beside the castle, you walk through the old town walls to get to the hotel…like a film.
The room was an apartment- HUGE!
Facilities were fantastic, washing machine, kitchen, two large bedrooms, shutters. Views of the sea from every room, the sunsets were unbelievable!!!

We were so surprised by the facilities we had, the room/apartment exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was clean, lots of clean towels, comfy lounge area.
Very comfortable beds.

Bathroom was huge, great shower and a hairdryer in the drawer which was so appreciated.

Location is AMAZING, the old town is so lovely to wander around day or night- so magical.

Breakfast was fabulous, so much variety- plates of fruit, yoghurts, cakes, meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, omelettes offered and made freshly as ordered.
Breakfast was very generous and the most options we have ever been given in any hotel that isn’t a buffet.

Staff were all so lovely and helpful- really great communication prior to and during our trip.

My teenage daughter thought she had left her purse in the apartment after we checked out, we had arrived at a different city.
The hotel manager went out of his way to return to the hotel and video called me so we could guide him to the correct cupboard…he looked in every room…the purse was in her bag.
Highly recommend this hotel, very clean, great location and really lovely staff!!!

Die Lage des Hotels mit der besten Aussicht.

Belle chambre vue sur l adriatique très agréable manager sympa et essayant de nous aider ,très bon petit déjeuner. A recommander8

La seule chose personne à notre arrivée en fin de matinée sauf la femme de chambre on a pu s installer qd même qd elle nous entendu et et elle a appeller le boss pour compenser le manager nous offrit une bouteille de vin c était fair play

Excellent spot for the old town.
Pros:

Excellent sea view and view of sunset. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The room was spacious with a small kitchen area to the side. Mini bar in room.

Cons:

It was low season and we seemed to be the only guests so no restaurant or bar available.

Es KÖNNTE schön sein...
Pros:

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte das Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht, inklusive Frühstück.
Das Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht einmalig.
Das Bad war recht klein, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und die kleine Kabinendusche doch veraltet.
Das hätte uns aber nicht gestört, wenn...

Cons:

Schon bei der Ankunft mussten wir an der Rezeption Personal suchen. Es kam ein junger Mann, der sagte, er könnte uns das Zimmer zeigen. Er gab uns den Schlüssel, erklärte, wann die Frühstückszeiten sind, das war es. Mehr Check- in gab es nicht.
Das Hotel ist nur über einen steilen Fußweg an der Festung zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass wir dann das Gepäck rauf schleppten und uns nach Parkmöglichkeiten erkundigten. Für 15€ pro Tag kann man einen Parkplatz buchen, später haben wir festgestellt, dass man für 7€ an der Straße parken kann.
Das Frühstück am 1. Morgen war sehr enttäuschend. Es hat noch nicht einmal Ähnlichkeit mit den Darstellungen auf der Website. Es besand hauptsächlich aus abgepackten Lebensmitteln, etwas Käse und Aufschnitt, Tomaten, Gurke und Baguette. Eier und Kaffee werden am Tisch serviert.
Am ersten Tag bestand der Zimmerservice im Hinlegen neuer Handtücher. Am zweiten wurde gar nichts gemacht. Toilettenpapier haben wir dann selber besorgt. An diesem Tag bekamen wir das Frühstück auch nicht in Buffetform sondern, die Päckchen gleich am Tisch auf einem Teller inklusive Baguette vom Vortag.
Wir hatten uns auf die Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Whirlpool gefreut. Im Whirlpool befindet sich ein Rest grüner Brühe, die Liegestühle, 2!, entpuppten sich als demontierte Holzstühle mit verdreckten Auflagen, die im Flur lagen. Einen Schirm gab es auch nicht.
Das Restaurant und die Weinbar waren komplett geschlossen. Der schöne Garten, den man auf den Fotos sieht, mit 'privat' gekennzeichnet. Das ganze Hotel war ab dem Nachmittag verwaist. Es scheint sich doch niemand irgendetwas zu kümmern.
Einzig besagter junger Mann war meistens mit seinem Handy beschäftigt.
Da wir nach der 3. Nacht früh abreisen mussten, fragten wir, wie der Checkout funktionieren könnte. Wir sollten einfach beim Gehen den Schlüssel stecken lassen. Ein Frühstückspaket gab es natürlich nicht.

Amazing ocean views at an affordable price, very clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

We had a stunning view of the ocean from our room. The staff were friendly and made a lovely breakfast upon request. It was in a great location.

Cons:

There appeared to be less facilities as it was not in the peak season, however, staff were very helpful and welcoming.
