Самый ужасный отель.
Pros:

Ничего, наверное, самый плохой отель, который я когда-либо видел.

Cons:

Номер - ужас, самая дешевая, неудобная мебель из 90-х, две кровати, вместо одной с отвратительными пролеженными мягкими матрасами. Тусклые, грязные лампы, еле освещающие помещения. Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, будете слышать покашливания соседа. Телевизор в номере 14 дюймов. Вы вообще в курсе в отеле, что 2025-й год сейчас? Посуды в номере нет вообще, при том, что это апартаменты, зато есть чайник, но без воды.
Отдельно нужно отметить завтрак - мерзкие холодные глазуньи и омлеты навалены в емкость, которая не подогревается, в итоге у вас на завтрак холодная слизь и два вида булок, засиженные осами.
В общем в отеле отвратительно абсолютно все, в Ловчене других нет, но проще приехать сюда на 1 день, чем жить в таких условиях.

第一次遇到这种情况，之前看点评有客人被赔偿，没想到也发生到我们身上，墙上镜子自己掉了，差点砸到老人，镜子没有损坏，酒店反倒让我们赔偿墙皮脱落和灯开关墙面裂缝，我们住进来墙皮就掉了，灯开关也是坏的，和镜子掉下来没任何关系，没有投诉他们，反倒让我们赔偿150欧元，最差的酒店。

Pros:

Hotel u prirodi na prekrasnoj lokaciji na 1300mnv. Osoblje ljubazno i srdačno. Večera (opcionalno, po narudžbi) ukusna i dobar izbor jela. Ujutro smo zbog u noći napadanog snijega odlučili požuriti i ne čekati doručak, zbog straha da ne zapnemo u snijegu. Kuharica i domaćica objekta nam je spakirala obilan doručak da ponesemo. Mjesto na koje ću se sigurno vratiti.

Спокойное место, есть нормальный ресторан внизу, бассейн для гостей отеля, персонал отзывчивый и приветливый.

Cons:

Номера с небольшими недостатками. Например, не работала половина светильников в номере, плохо перемещались шторы на окнах.
В целом это не испортило отдыха, но отличную оценку уже не поставить

Lo mejor la comida del restaurante, muy abundante y rica y a muy buen precio.
El perrazo que anda siempre por allí es muy bueno y educado.
Vistas espectaculares. Ubicacion en medio de un parque natural.
El tamaño de la suite era tremendo.

Cons:

LA calefacción no era regulable en la habitación.
Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede tener un termo enano en cada habitacion para el agua caliente. Es cutre.
LA iluminacion de la habitación deficiente. Fallaban la mitad de las bombillas.
Realmente sufre de falta de mantenimiento en todos los sentidos.

Reasonable option to stay in Lovcen park without expectations.
Pros:

The location was very good for visiting the Lovcen park. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Cons:

Once, in the past, it was an exclusive hotel but the years passed and now it does not look like a 4-star hotel, it needs a very thorough renovation . The rooms did not feel very clean, some of the furniture was in bad condition, the phones did not work, some accessories in the bathroom were broken. The showers were very small.
The restaurant was average. For dinner the service was slow and the food was not exciting. The breakfast not good – no juice, bad coffee and no vegan options.
The swimming pool was closed and the jacuzzi was cold.
