Zwembad was niet verwarmd,zoals het wel beloofd te zijn op de site
Dus was veel te koud om gebruik van te maken

Housekeeping had de 2e dag alleen maar de bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken

Geen ligbedden boven bij het zwembad

Koffiebar boven niet open

The other reviews seem a bit harsh. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area.
Pros:

We went in the winter with low expectations, but the place was fine. There are hikes nearby, and the hotel provides sleds for use on the nearby small slopes. The food was good, including breakfast. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking. The spa includes a hot sauna and a jacuzzi, one hour usage was included in the reservation. It was very relaxing and well maintained. There were very few guests staying there, but the place was fully staffed and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The water-fed radiator pinged, even when we turned it off and bled it multiple times.

Cons:

第一次遇到这种情况，之前看点评有客人被赔偿，没想到也发生到我们身上，墙上镜子自己掉了，差点砸到老人，镜子没有损坏，酒店反倒让我们赔偿墙皮脱落和灯开关墙面裂缝，我们住进来墙皮就掉了，灯开关也是坏的，和镜子掉下来没任何关系，没有投诉他们，反倒让我们赔偿150欧元，最差的酒店。

Самый ужасный отель.
Pros:

Ничего, наверное, самый плохой отель, который я когда-либо видел.

Cons:

Номер - ужас, самая дешевая, неудобная мебель из 90-х, две кровати, вместо одной с отвратительными пролеженными мягкими матрасами. Тусклые, грязные лампы, еле освещающие помещения. Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, будете слышать покашливания соседа. Телевизор в номере 14 дюймов. Вы вообще в курсе в отеле, что 2025-й год сейчас? Посуды в номере нет вообще, при том, что это апартаменты, зато есть чайник, но без воды.
Отдельно нужно отметить завтрак - мерзкие холодные глазуньи и омлеты навалены в емкость, которая не подогревается, в итоге у вас на завтрак холодная слизь и два вида булок, засиженные осами.
В общем в отеле отвратительно абсолютно все, в Ловчене других нет, но проще приехать сюда на 1 день, чем жить в таких условиях.

Pros:

Hotel u prirodi na prekrasnoj lokaciji na 1300mnv. Osoblje ljubazno i srdačno. Večera (opcionalno, po narudžbi) ukusna i dobar izbor jela. Ujutro smo zbog u noći napadanog snijega odlučili požuriti i ne čekati doručak, zbog straha da ne zapnemo u snijegu. Kuharica i domaćica objekta nam je spakirala obilan doručak da ponesemo. Mjesto na koje ću se sigurno vratiti.
