Pros:

Понравилось прежде всего расположение, окрестности и прекрасный вид из отеля. Отель в основном предназначен для любителей горных лыж и уже видал лучшие времена. Рядом с отелем расположен небольшой бугельный подьемник с перепадом высот 40-50 м. В номерах имеется развитая система отопления для зимнего периода. Однако мы были в разгар лета, пытаясь отдохнуть от жары на побережье. Завтрак мы оценили на хорошо, два вида горячих блюд, из которых мы не рекомендуем сосиски. Также рекомендуем заказывать кофе дополнительно через стойку бара, которая уже работает с утра. В целом все неплохо, но нужно иметь ввиду нюансы.

Cons:

На сайте в нашем номере был декларирован кондиционер, однако никаких его следов обнаружено не было. Мы, в дальнейшем, определили, что в отеле всего шесть номеров с кондиционерами и это в основном в больших номерах со значительным остеклением. Мебель в номере помнит лучшие времена и, возможно, потребует регулировки и небольшого ремонта. Белье было предоставлено в значительной степени застированности, а пододеяльники - по запросу.

Ankunft:
Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, jedoch war zunächst keine Buchung einsehbar, da im Nationalpark das Netz nicht immer funktioniert. Grundsätzlich aber kein Problem. Wir haben den Zimmerschlüssel zur gebuchten Junior Suite bekommen und sind nach oben gefahren. Im Zimmer angekommen viel leider direkt auf, dass dieses noch nicht gereinigt wurde, nachdem die vorherigen Gäste es verlassen hatten. Wir gaben dem Rezeptionisten Bescheid, der daraufhin die Reinigungskraft bat das Zimmer für uns herzurichten und man entschuldigte sich. Derweilen tranken wir im Restaurant etwas, bis wir nach ca. 20-30 Minuten auf unser Zimmer konnten.
Dieses war nun zumindest aufgeräumt und wir hatten frische Handtücher.

Allgemeiner Eindruck:
Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es hätte durchaus Potential ein gemütliches Retreat nach dem Wandern oder (im Winter) Skifahren zu sein, scheint jedoch schon einige Jahre nicht mehr gut instand gehalten zu werden. Es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail, der alte Teppichboden hält wahrscheinlich die letzten 30 Jahre im Biom fest und auch die Ausstattung und das Mobiliar der Zimmer scheint aus dem vorherigen Jahrhundert zu sein. Der Toilettensitz aus Vollplastik war noch an zwei Schrauben fest und leider war die Duschkabine aufgrund von maroden Gummidichtungen ebenfalls "undicht", sodass man beim Duschen das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser setzte.
Ein Fitnessbereich war vorhanden, reichte allenfalls für ein bisschen Leichtkrafttraining. Den Spa Bereich sparten wir uns in Ermangelung von Zeit, daher hierzu keine Aussage.

Frühstück:
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls nur sehr rudimentär und wurde nicht aufgefüllt, sodass bereits um 9Uhr (Frühstückszeit von 8 -10Uhr) die Hälfte des Buffets weg war. Selbst "außerhalb der Saison" empfanden wir dies als etwas verfrüht

Would not stay again....
Pros:

The location was fantastic! You pay to enter Lovćen, but only on the days that you physically enter the park. So you can drive through once and there is no daily fee! The surrounding area is beautiful. The hotel is perfectly located 10 mins from the Cable Car Upper Station and 10 mins from the mausoleum at Mount Lovćen by car.

Cons:

There is an active water leak!! And it looked like mold has started to accumulate. There is no AC, so don't count on that even if the booking description states it.
Additionally, the receptionist was not friendly, the beds are not comfortable, the refrigerator was not working (this was fixed during the stay), the lights flicker, and the hotel ran out of water the morning I was getting ready to check out. All in all, the location is the best thing going for this hotel but I would choose other accommodations if I would have known these things during booking. I truly hope they get the water damage taken care of ASAP.

Dopo il check in ci viene data una camera che non era stata ancora pulita.. nel mentre aspettiamo la pulizia della camera chiediamo di usare la piscina e la spa... la jacuzzi era sporchissima e il bordo con incrostazioni nere 🤮 la piscina con bordo e pavilento sporco, il robottino ancora dentro, e con motore piscina spento. Ci lamentiamo del disagio ma fanno spallucce e non offrono soluzioni.
La camera spaziona ma con il bagno che si allagava e la luce ad intermittenza per cali di tensione.
La colazione decisamente pessima. Cornettini piccolissimi e bruciacchiati.
La cena su carta accettabile e la carne buona.
I camerieri gentilissimi e cordiali ma il resposabile inesistente.
