No cerraba la puerta del baño y la de la habitación estaba colgada, a pesar de que informe no las arreglaron
El chef ! Muy rica la comida y excelente atención.
En el puesto de atención en Leticia nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas mientras tomábamos el vuelo de regreso y conocíamos la ciudad, al llegar al puerto no contestaron las llamadas pese a que la recepcionista nos manifestó que estaría el personal atendiendo en ese punto.
Eso me pareció una falta de respeto.
El personal es muy amable, la comida deliciosa y la ubicación excelente en medio de la selva. Los guías saben mucho y son excelentes. La piscina es muy agradable
Las lanchas y canoas que usan para las excursiones las deberían mejorar ya que no son muy seguras si hay una tormenta exponiendo a clientes y empleados

Loved everything! would love to come back.
La comida fue muy buena en sabor. El entorno natural y el concepto de biohotel hacen que la experiencia sea agradable y diferente. En general, tuvimos una estadía tranquila en familia.
Nos cobraron una “cena especial” que resultó ser la misma cena regular, no respondieron al reclamo ni devolvieron el dinero, y además el bar tenía muy poca variedad y casi sin snacks. También tuvimos intermitencias frecuentes de agua y energía, y hubo problemas en la habitación (olor a humedad y hallazgos de animales).
La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative, è un lodge di lusso nella foresta amazzonica. Pulito e spazioso, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Il personale molto attento e gentile, utile la pensione completa. I pasti erano buoni e adeguati nelle quantità. La camera pulita e confortevole. e così anche il bagno. Molto belle anche le attività proposte, con guide affidabili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!
L'unico piccolo disagio è stato che nel bagno c'era un forte odore di acque reflue, nulla di drammatico e penso anche comprensibile per il luogo in cui ci trovavamo, dove non credo arrivi la rete fognaria.
The staff and the tours were really good. The guides have a lot of knowledge and passion for what they do. Also the food is great.
We especially liked seeing the dolphins.
We had originally booked a tour to Puerto Nariño, which unfortunately was canceled a day before the tour, due to the Christmas holidays, as it appears to be operated by an external agency. Despite this, the hotel was very helpful and assisted us in arranging alternative activities, which we greatly appreciated.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Dschungel und verfügt über einen sauberen Aussenpool. Die ganze Konstruktion besteht aus Holz. Das Personal ist freundlich. Man kann sehr gute Touren vom Hotel aus buchen. Das Essen war sehr gut.
Niemand vom Personal spricht Englisch. Das ist meiner Meinung nach ein Nachteil. In einem Hotel in einer touristischen Zone erwarte ich mindestens einen englischsprechenden Angestellten. Trotz dessen habe sie sich aber mittels Übersetzer bemüht die Kommunikation aufrecht zu erhalten.

Location and staff were amazing
When I was at the hotel, it was undergoing renovation and the pool was closed.
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The people were very kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The food was great. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean — perfect to relax after a day exploring. The location couldn’t be better: it’s close to the dolphin watching area, the indigenous community, and Monkey Island. They also have a beautiful bay where you can watch the sunrise and a cozy tree house that’s perfect if you want some privacy and quiet time surrounded by nature. I also loved their small shop with beautiful local handicrafts — great for finding unique and interesting souvenirs. Plus, there’s a station with potable water and coffee available 24/7, which was a great bonus.
I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t working at all during my stay — from the first day until the last. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and every day they mentioned it would be ready “the next day,” but unfortunately it never was. They kindly compensated me with a free artesanal fishing and dolphin-watching activity, which I appreciated, but five days without the pool felt like too much, especially since I booked the place hoping to relax. Also, at check-out, the receipt for my consumptions didn’t include prices or quantities or clarity, so I was a bit confused about the total amount. Lastly, the breakfast hours are quite early, which can be inconvenient if you want to rest a little more.
