Bel endroit mais trop cher pour les services proposés
Pros:

L’emplacement est incroyable, en pleine nature et isolé dans la forêt c’est exactement ce que nous souhaitions. Nous avons réalisés les excursions avec l’hôtel et avons eu Juan qui a été super avec nous et a vraiment pris son temps. Ila été très respectueux de nos envies et des animaux, nous le remercions encore. Les chambres sont propres et les repas ont été copieux et savoureux.

Cons:

Pour le prix de la nuit, nous sommes très mitigés sur le positionnement de cet hôtel. Nous sommes restés 4 jours, aucun cocktails possibles, pas de savon ni shampoing dans la douche, manque de rangement dans les chambres, un hamac unique sur le balcon, pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude, pas de ventilateurs dans les parties communes, une seule partie de la piscine remplie et pas entièrement et non nettoyée, elle était très sale. Manque de régularité au quotidien pour tout. Nous n’avons pas eu de porteurs pour nos bagages et le dernier jour nous avions réservés notre repas à l’avance et avons dû attendre 1h30. Pour finir, nous avons fait l’excursion sur l’île aux singes qui est en réalité une île avec des singes domestiqués, c’est vraiment dommage pour le cadre naturel et un des singes m’a mordu. Le personnel ne m’a pas orienté vers le schéma de vaccination contre la rage me disant qu’il n’y avait pas de risque alors qu’à l’hôpital ça a été tout le contraire.

Faltan actividades ludicas en el hotel, no hay ping pon, billar pool, se podria hacer proyecciones de películas en DVD en las noches en el segundo piso de la Maloca. La piscina estaba llena a la mitad y le faltaba aseo y tratamiento al agua.

Veel hogere verwachtingen maar is eenvoudig verblijf waar je je niet teveel van moet voorstellen. Wij waren er 3 nachten

Erg eenzijdig eten. Dagelijks hetzelfde. Rijst, kip of vis, patacones, tomaat met ui en soms een stukje broccoli.
De service was niet al te best, ondanks dat er slechts enkele gasten waren in de locatie waar veel achterstallig onderhoud was.
Ik vroeg of de uitjes weggelaten konden worden uit de tomaten. Toen dat niet was gebeurd was het antwoord. Het is alleen maar decoratie.
Nachtelijke Jungle tour gemaakt… 2 uur geboekt maar 50 minuten later waren we terug volledig lek gestoken door muggen. Het regende heel hard maar afzeggen is niet mogelijk.

Gutes Hotel im Dschungel
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Die Zimmer waren groß und zweckmäßig mit Ventilator.
Schöner Balkon. Essen war gut, die Auswahl ebenfalls.
Transfer war gut!

Cons:

Kein englisch sprechendes Personal.
Pool nicht sauber!
Bedienung in der Bar war schlecht!
Wenn verfügbar, dann kaltes Wasser aber nicht in Duschmenge... Nach dem Trip wäre schon schön gewesen

Pros:

El chef ! Muy rica la comida y excelente atención.

Cons:

En el puesto de atención en Leticia nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas mientras tomábamos el vuelo de regreso y conocíamos la ciudad, al llegar al puerto no contestaron las llamadas pese a que la recepcionista nos manifestó que estaría el personal atendiendo en ese punto.
Eso me pareció una falta de respeto.

Gran estancia
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la comida deliciosa y la ubicación excelente en medio de la selva. Los guías saben mucho y son excelentes. La piscina es muy agradable

Cons:

Las lanchas y canoas que usan para las excursiones las deberían mejorar ya que no son muy seguras si hay una tormenta exponiendo a clientes y empleados
