Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten und gute Öffi Anbindung, Parkplätze kostenlos dabei

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas angewöhnt, Abfluss in der dusche sehr schlecht sodass immer das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Waschbecken direkt vor der dusche - kein Zähneputzen ohne nasse Füße
Frühstück war nix hochwertiges, pizzablock"Schinken" und Wurst, sehr wenig Gemüse, viel Süßkram und weißmehlprodukte, nichts war beschrieben (Aufstriche/Nudelsalat/hummus/majonässalat - keine Ahnung was das alles war)
Und wir hatten Pech, dass Grad in den Gängen die rigipsdecke erneuert wurde. Alles finster, Kabel hingen von den Decken, Boden mit Plastik ausgelegt - in allen Gängen gleichzeitig - weiß nicht, ob man das nicht auch abschnittsweise hätte erledigen können, damit nicht überall gleichzeitig Baustelle sein muss

Achtung Jugendherberge!

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis der Austattung war angemessen.

Cons:

Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das Hotel offenbar nahezu vollständig mit mehreren Busladungen Fußballkindern belegt. Dadurch hatte das Haus eher den Charakter einer Jugendherberge als eines Hotels.
Beim Frühstück stürmten die Gruppen regelrecht das Buffet, sodass es schwierig war, in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Auf den Fluren wurde laut getobt, geschrien und wiederholt wurden Zimmertüren laut zugeschlagen. An Ruhephasen zwischen den Terminen, im Hotel war unter diesen Umständen leider nicht zu denken. Jediglich die Nachtruhe um 22.00 wurde eingehalten.
Der Aufenthalt war für uns in dieser Situation unzumutbar. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich daher ausdrücklich auf diesen Ausnahmezustand(?). Wie der normale Hotelbetrieb zu bewerten ist, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.
