Great family holiday
Pros:

Food was lush with loads of choices, staff were great and the complex was spot on with its own subway to a lovely beach and beach bar. Free access to a nearby waterpark and decent entertainment during the day and night.

Cons:

Nothing other than taxis were sometimes hard to get hold of which is not the hotels fault.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel made the perfect stay. This was my first holiday on my own since losing my husband 6 months ago and I enjoyed having people around but also having time on my own.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Cons:

This hotel is advertised as being in Kardamena town. It is in fact 8 minutes drive from the town. It’s even wrong on google maps. We arrived at 11pm after looking for the hotel int he town for half hour. When we arrived at reception and expressed concern over the distance from the town, we were told ‘so what, you can get a taxi’
The food was terrible and restaurant and bar staff rude.

Clean, spacious nice pools. good beach location. short walk to Kardemena. water sports on doorstep. good day entertainment. Evening didn’t seem professional

Cons:

canteen style dinning hall. no air con or not effective in lobby and reception area
