Pros:

Veľmi dobré jedlo, na AI v grécku až prekvapivo chutné. Chválim kuchára.

Cons:

Zamestnanci v bare pri bazéne a na recepcii neboli slušní a ústretový. Menili pravidlá kazdy den ako chceli. Jeden den robia palacinky len do 15.00, druhý do 16.30, no vzdy koncia tesne predtym ako si ich idete objednat. Pláž nebola upravená, krajsie pláze malo mesto Kardamaina.

Amazing place! Will come back again

Cons:

This is a nice hotel in an amazing place. However, the hotel decoration and the restaurant is in my opinion not one of a five star resort. I think four stars would be more appropriate.
Pool/beach towels were only available for rent. Most people brought their own towels.

Sono le persone che hanno fatto la differenza.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard con balcone vista mare. Tutto lo staff della struttura è meraviglioso: accoglienza e cordialità di primissimo livello.
Ci sono tutti i tipi di servizi e intrattenimento: ristorante, taverna, piscina, spiaggia, bar, mini market, ATM, palestra, tennis, beach volley, calcetto, sala giochi, SPA, teatro per animazione, tavolo Ping pong.
Il cibo è ottimo e variegato, con possibilità di servirsi a buffet a colazione, pranzo e cena. Acqua in bottiglia servita tutti i giorni in camera e possibilità di usufruire dei teli mare messi a disposizione hotel.
Il mare è incantevole, a cui si accede tramite una piccola spiaggia di sabbia a tratti vulcanica.
Il baby club, seppur internazionale, funziona benissimo e i nostri figli sono andati sempre con entusiasmo.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi all’interno delle aree comuni è scarso se non inesistente. La TV non è Smart e gli unici canali italiani presenti sono Rai1 (ma non prendeva) e Rai3.
In giro per la struttura si avverte spesso puzza di fogna in vari momenti della giornata.
Gli orari della piscina sono limitati, vanno dalle 10 alle 18, sarebbe meglio 9-19.
La Spiaggia non è molto curata, ci sono lettini differenti messi in pendenza e gli ombrelloni sono un po’ fatiscenti.
L’armadio della stanza era piccolissimo, inadatto per 4 persone.
Le Attrezzature per l’intrattenimento sono obsolete e i Macchinari della palestra privi di manutenzione.
Insomma un discreto 4 stelle italiano.
L’animazione internazionale è tarata per lo più sugli ospiti inglesi e polacchi, che rappresentano la stragrande maggioranza del villaggio.

Das angenehme in diesem Hotel machen die Menschen, das Personal. Aussergewöhnlichen nett, lieb, hilfsbereit.
Küche (das Essen, Auswahl, Qualität) perfekt, Hut ab.

Cons:

Ob das Hotel 5* verdient ist sehr fraglich!
Die Lage ist zwar okay, leider der Strand absolute Enttäuschung.

Great location, good facilities, fantastic beach.
Pros:

Great location on the beach. Good buffet at meal times. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Great views.

Cons:

Adding tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would have made a massive difference to us.

The quality of the all-inclusive drinks wasn’t great.

Great hotel for families
Pros:

Lovely location, beach just over the road. Food was lovely and a good selection. Staff were really helpful, especially when our airport taxi was over an hour late.
