Nice view of the sea from the room. Friendly staff.

Worst staff I ever encountered

Location is good. A kettle is in room to heat water

Cons:

My booking stated room with balcony and sea view and breakfast. I was given a room with window and when complained I was moved to a room with side sea view!!! Nothing mentioned about breakfast!!! Concierge person was rude and impolite and answered my complaints with an impatient puff and “that is what we have” remark!! I cannot understand how these people are in hospitality business!
Another issue. I lost the key to the room and offered to make a copy for them to replace it. They insisted that they change the entire lock and latch and demanded I paid twice its worth!! I refused to do so

Amazing location close to lots of places and the sea view is incredible and so was the sunrise view!

The best part about this place is how classic it is from the inside. You can feel that it is old and elegant, reminds me of the 60s or 70s manors! It's not modern, which is exactly what we were looking for.

The staff were great and it was a pleasing stay. Thank you Mr. Asir and everyone for the lovely stay, we'll be coming here again for sure.
