It was an exceptional stay that we will never forget.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and on-time every morning. Although repetitive, it is a complete meal and is more than you would expect for the price you are paying.

The location is exceptional on the 10th floor as we could view the sea from both the window and the balcony.

The staff were extremely friendly and made this stay even better.

The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room and were more than satisfied with the result.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at first, but around the end of the stay it got better. Also, the bathroom lacked shampoo as we were only provided with shower gel.

Cons:

Value is too much for the poor facilities , very limited breakfast like you are on home not a hotel
There were no towels or water inside the room
They took long time for registration asking for many documents

it's in the middle of alex between everything
the breakfast was kinda small
the beds were comfy
close to the musuem


Overall, a pleasant experience and a good choice for staying in Alexandria. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Just a small note:
the door of one of the rooms doesn’t block outside noise well, which made it difficult to sleep during the hotel’s staff shift. The issue seems to be with the door’s sound insulation rather than the staff themselves.
