The location is excellent, and the tunnel leading to the sea is a distinctive and impressive feature. The Friday prayer in the hotel mosque was a truly pleasant and well-organized experience.

However, breakfast options are quite limited, and the overall quality could be improved. The cafeteria offers good food when ordered. Enhancing the quality of toiletries, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo, would further elevate the guest experience. Additionally, resolving the issue of direct access to the hotel from the Corniche road would be highly beneficial.

نظافه الغرف غير منتظمه وبعض الاحيان لا يوضع لك جميع الاحتياجات اليوميه الطبيعية مثل المياة والشامبو وشور جيل التدقيق والانتظار لحظه الخروج من الفندق مثل ما يكون هناخد حاجه من الفندق واحنا بنسجل الخروج وحاجه أخرى جميع المفروشات الموجوده مثل الكنب والصالون متسخه جدا ولها رائحه عفن لا تطاق اتمنى ان يتم إصلاح كل هذا

1- NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER AS I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO TAKE SHOWER WITH COLD WATER EVEN WE ARE AT WINTER.
2- TV and dish not working.

Great hotel location and good value of money

The location and cleanliness the breakfast and restaurant staff and hospitality

Cons:

Wi fi is weak and unstable, reception staff are polite and well dressed but not very informative , they care most of administrative steps and payment but do not give information about hotel facilities or amenities like gym or beach or restaurants variation or Alexandria landmarks
