Cleanliness, staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpfull

Cons:

Receptionists are not friendly. Limited facilities as only one card for the room despite my room was family suite ...how 4 persons can use one card only?!!!!!😡😡😡
Cant call the reception or bellman from the room telephone as no info about their numbers or how to conract them☹️☹️

الغرف غير معزولة نهائياً صوت الاسانسير واصل للغرفة والأصوات بالغرفة اللي جنبي مسموعة كأنهم قاعدين معايا
طلبت تغيير الغرفة ومحدش اهتمّ
الشاطئ الخاص مهمل والموظفين غير متعاونين وخاصة الاستقبال
السعر مبالغ فيه جدا مقابل الخدمات والمستوى
