The Hotel is right on St George beach and in close proximity to Naxos port / town (10 minute walk). Amazing views and reasonable sized rooms (Room 12 has the best view). The owners & staff were very helpful and friendly, provided recommendations on local restaurants and spoilt us with specialty Greek chocolate biscuit treats.
The shower in room 11 does not have a glass partition and was very small.

El baño hiper pequeño, NO TENIA AGUA CALIENTE LA DUCHA, nos bañamos con agua helada, la cama lo más incómoda y ruidosa que había, se escuchaba todo tipo de ruido en otras habitaciones, cuando los otros huéspedes subían las escaleras, se escuchaba todo, imposible dormir, el piso inmundo de tierra caminabas descalzo de la cama al baño que era medio metro y tenías los pies negros, el personal solamente está en un horario específico luego 9 pm se van , hicimos check out solos porque no había nadie para que nos reciban la llave así que la dejamos arriba del escritorio y nos fuimos, abajo en la entrada abierta la puerta toda la noche sin llave sin nada osea nada de seguridad y menos si no hay personal, parecía un hostal más que un hotel, al lado de la puerta de entrada en la primera “habitación” que da a la calle, hay como un asilo adentro mismo del hotel , un hombre grande postrado en la cama con todas las puertas abiertas y esa es la primera impresión que ves cuando llegas al hotel! No fue muy agradable la estadía que digamos! No volvería…
Absolute dream spot for a stay in Naxos! Amazing host with great local suggestions, wonderful location right on the beach, and clean, comfy room!
The hotel is located at the start of Saint George's beach and a 10 minute walk from the seafront and ferry port. The room was clean and bright and well equipped with mini-fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery. This is important, because there is no breakfast provision here and the places that offer breakfast are several minutes walk away. I bought in a lot of stuff from a local supermarket and, because the room was so well equipped, was able to breakfast in the room.
Tip - the restaurants on the seafront are geared to tourists and overpriced. There are better and cheaper ones up the hill behind the hotel. Avoid places that have photographs of the food!
The kettle did not switch itself off, which was a bit hazardous. The staff are only on site between 0900 and 2100, which wasn't a problem for me, but could be for others. The view was of heat pumps and air conditioning units, so not good.
We really enjoyed our stay at Saint George Hotel! Our host, Maria, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would have liked to have stayed longer as we loved the central location right off the beach as well as the cleanliness, the balcony and our host Maria! If we come back to Naxos we would love to stay here again! Thank you for a great stay! 😁 🇨🇦 👍

Maria and her team welcomed us as friends. We felt at home and everything was meticulously clean. The smile and the location deserve 5stars.
Perfect location, stunning views and very friendly staff. We loved it here! The most wonderful base to explore Naxos from. We visited in April, so a lot of the bars and restaurants along the beach weren't yet open - which meant it was beautifully peaceful and private, but less than a 10-min walk to the lively harbour.
The only thing was that the bathroom was very small, and the shower took a very long time to heat up.
Pure Mamma Mia vibes! Loved the hotel, the beach right in front and Naxos. Will recommend it to everyone 🌞

Location was amazing! The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful!! The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning daily, giving us new towels, and restocking shampoos. We even got beach towels, list of places to go, and recommended vendors to use (such as car rental etc)!
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. If it wasn’t for the beds, I would’ve given our stay a 10/10.
