Heavenly perfection, amazing boutique hotel with the best people looking after us
Pros:

The location is perfect, in fact more than perfect its heavenly. Every morning looking out to see the beautiful sparkling sea. Amazing sunrise and sunset. Marinos was the perfect host along with Denise and the amazing chef Diane, who's breakfasts were fabulous and kept us going until tea time. Nothing was too much trouble, Marinos is a beautiful person who made sure our stay was exceptional, which is was. The owner Panos made us very welcome too with bubbles to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, he also has a restaurant in Kardemena called Avli, the food and service was also exceptional.

Cons:

We only had a week there.

You won’t want to leave!
Pros:

NISSEA is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We visited in the last week of the season so the town was quiet but that suited us. Everything about the hotel is special: the decor, the fabulous views (we booked ‘Pasithea’ which is the largest room with an extended balcony), the spotlessly clean beach directly in front of the hotel and the delicious breakfast cooked to order every morning.
I have never visited a hotel where the people are so genuine and welcoming- the owner (Panos) and staff knew us by name from day 1; everyone was incredibly attentive and made us feel at home and relaxed. Marinos, Denise, Niko (front of house and bar) and Diana (chef) all work really hard to make everyone’s stay special. Our room was cleaned to a really high standard every day too.
I couldn’t recommend this place more- I already went to go back.

Un hôtel intimiste les pieds dans le sable avec une splendide vue mer, un service parfait, mention spéciale à Marinos qui est tout simplement extraordinaire.🥰
Tout est très bien entretenu, la chambre est nettoyée chaque jour, merci à la charmante dame de ménage 🥰. Très bons et copieux petits déjeuners.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Nissea que nous recommandons et où nous reviendrons si nous repassons à Kos.

Phenomenal!
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations and more . We should have stayed longer . From the moment we were greeted by Marinos who is simply the best and coordinates the place and introduced to Panos the owner , Denise at the bar and Diana the chef .
Nothing was too much trouble , fantastic service , wonderful location , luxurious feel and total relaxation. Definitely coming again and for longer .

Okropny zapach w łazience 🤢 chyba coś nie tak z odpływem.
Trochę ciężko jest się odnaleźć osoba nie palącym, szczególnie na leżakach, może warto pomyśleć o wytyczeniu miejsc dla osób palących i nie palących.

A wonderful holiday. We are going to book for next year.
Pros:

The small staff were all fabulous. Marinos was exceptional with his care of his guests. You felt like a friend as the hotel was small and he knew everyone’s name. Nicos in the bar was always friendly and would go above and beyond. The cook made wonderful meals and the cleaners had attention to detail when cleaning the room.

Velmi ochotný personál, nádherné místo, moderní vkusný stylový hotel skvěle umístěný blízko centra, přitom v klidné části, hned u moře se soukromou pláží, vynikající snídaně, kvalitní káva i na pokoji, východ slunce je vidět z pohodlí postele - prostě maximální luxus

Cons:

při otevřeném oknu dlouho do večera (přes půlnoc) rušil vzdálený hluk blízkého baru, tedy spíše pro hosty co se rádi déle baví nebo jim nevadí spát se zavřeným oknem a puštěnou klima (já raději to otevřené okno s mořským vzduchem)

Beautiful hotel with the kindest staff on Earth
Pros:

My wife tripped and had a very bad fall in the street right by the hotel. The hotel staff raced to help her immediately, the manager Marinos stopped her bleeding, they called the ambulance, then carefully packed our things so that we could take our luggage with us when being airlifted to Athens. We stayed four days and it became very clear before the accident that there is a level of genuine caring about guests that is highly unusual in the world. And that’s before they saved my wife! As to breakfast, wonderful Diana is quite the chef! Denise and Nikos at the bar and elsewhere are delightful. The swimming is great. Our room was comfortable and kept extremely clean. We will always be grateful.
