Proprio sulla spiaggia, posizione eccezionale!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, sulla spiaggia. La chef cura molto I piatti della colazione e del pranzo ed è molto brava. Marino è fantastico, ci si può rivolgere a lui x tutto, ma tutto il personale è accogliente, professionale e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia delle stanze e delle parti comune.

Cons:

La sera sia il bar che il ristorante sono chiusi, anche se il ristorante Avli che è degli stessi proprietari del Nissea è il migliore di Kardamena.

Beautiful property right on the beach, stunning rooms, amazing staff- truly, worth it all

Cons:

I saw a few reviews about noise. I stayed on the side of the hotel closer to karaoke bar - the noise was easily fixed with ear plugs and I had no problem sleeping. My friend who is a light sleeper had no problem in his room.

A decent stay, but in the end, disappointing. Not value for money, and definitely not five star

The location was very good, as it was a few steps from the water. Very good views, and nearness to useful parts of the town (ie restaurants, shops, cafes)

Cons:

We specifically requested an early breakfast, as their breakfast only started at 9am and we had a ferry to catch at 9:30. We were assured that breakfast would be available for us at 8:15. There was nothing, the manager who assured us was not there, and the kitchen, when they opened, had not been told. We were not happy about this

Wonderful holiday with great memories in a beautiful location.
Pros:

It's so convenient location wise being right on beach and within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Yet very chilled. The staff are first class and very attentive. Made us very welcome and special. Would definitely return.

Cons:

The only thing I miss is a pool but being right on ocean and very nice beds.

Deniz çok güzel. Berrak ve durgun. Plaj olanakları iyi. Tam otelin önünde ve özel.
Gündüz bar ve yemel, aperatif hizmeti ve çeşitler iyi.
Personelin tamamı güleryüzlü ve samimi, sevecen.
Özellikle Mario efsane bir yönetici. Her an her yerde.
Panos dost yaklaşımı, sadece tesiste değil, Avli Restaurant'ta https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xx9kAip5LY9YuDtc9 eşşiz lezzetleri sunarken yakınlığı ve içtenliği çok değerli idi.
Niko ve Stavro çok özel insanlar.

Rundum sorglos und erholsam!
Pros:

Wir hatten ja schon hohe Erwartungen durch die vielen positiven Rezensionen. Aber sie wurden übertroffen. Ich kann mich kaum erinnern mich innerhalb von 5 Tagen so gut erholt zu haben. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Man wacht auf und schaut direkt auf das Meer. Runter zum Frühstück und von der vielfältigen Karte ausgewählt und dann ab an den Strand vor der Terrasse, wo hoteleigene Liegen auf uns warten. Zwischendurch ein kleiner und leckerer Snack an der Bar und abends ein gutes Restaurant. Eins der besten (Avli) gehört Panos, dem Inhaber des Hotels.
Das alleine wäre schon traumhaft. Aber das unglaublich nette Personal, allen voran Marinos - aber auch Ria, Stavros, Nikos und Dimitrios, lasen uns die Wünsche von den Augen ab und umsorgten uns mit perfektem Service den ganzen Tag. Ab und zu eine liebevolle Umarmung und ein kleiner Ouzo :-)
