First of all: the welcoming! I arrived at past 10:30 and the owner literally welcomed me with open arms and a big smile. I was traveling from another island because my old dog needed a vet visit and I found in the room a big pillow for her and two bowls. The room was super clean, with a nice touch

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. When we arrived the lady at the front desk gave us some great recommendations for the trip and helped orientate us to the island. Front of the property (and property as a whole) is very well kept and beautiful. The rooms are exactly as pictured so you know what you’re getting. The rooms we stayed in (penthouse) is very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is small and rural - this enabled an intimate and relaxed environment for guests. Kostantinos clearly takes a lot of pride in his hotel and creates a lovely atmosphere for guests. Shower and water pressure is very good. The room service is great, we had some light bites which were really tasty and the drinks being delivered to the room was amazing.
As we stayed at the penthouse, the AC units are located above and it seems so are other floors so these units are very noisy and cause a lot of vibration which made sleeping difficult.
The fridge in our room was very loud, making sleep more difficult. We often ended up unplugging the fridge overnight for quiet. We forget to mention this as we were leaving, apologies!
We had some language barrier issues with a very lovely and I believe new member of staff in the evenings which meant there were some wrong orders - and subsequently quite excessive calls back and forth to order to the room and often having to go downstairs to talk in person on numerous occasions.
Car park is not onsite and a very short walk away but spaces are extremely tight.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to both town and the beach. It was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Lieu un peu éloigné du centre
Konstantinos. He was the stand out feature at this property; warm, friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. He liaised with us to arrange transfers and gave us excellent advice on how to go about seeing Naxos.
There was a nice welcoming surprise with a plate of fresh fruit and some sugared almonds and a couple of bottles of Proseco.
Other than that, the room was a good size and absolutely clean, fair sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. The 'furniture' in the room is interesting - nothing made from wood!
The hotel appears to be on the outskirts of the happening place - the town centre and the sea front. The road can get busy and pedestrians need to be watchful. Older people and kids especially so.
