Best staff we’ve ever met! Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Everything, the staff were such an amazing part of our stay, friendly, funny and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. And the breakfast, it is out of this world.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Naxos. Free ferry shuttle was great too!

Beautiful property! The breakfast is unbelievable!! The staff is amazing! The pool and spa is a nice addition and it is walkable to the Old Town Naxos.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Grotta : la vue, le petit déjeuner, le confort des chambre, la piscine et le spa. La petite attention d’un gâteau déposé dans notre chambre chaque jour nous a beaucoup plu.
Le personnel était adorable et d’une grande aide, prompt à la conversation sur l’île et aux recommandations.

Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and great amenities such as sauna and complimentary pick up.

Cons:

Actually everything was great, would only request more options for breakfast that weren’t mostly quiches.

Pros:

Everything was truly amazing! Beyond amazing actually! It started with a Dimitris meeting us at the ferry port to drive us and the suitcases the short few minutes to the hotel. We were greeted by Connie who was so kind, helpful, and immediately made up feels welcomed. The breakfast was fabulous and exceeded expectations! Everything was homemade and felt like i was visiting family. They had a wide selection of food choices as well as a 5-6 dessert options and unlimited coffee! I couldn't speak more highly of this place!

This can’t be a 2 star hotel. Better than the 5 star I stayed at later in my trip.
