Pros:

Es un lugar maravilloso, un hotel familiar que esta construido con tanto amor que se siente en todos los espacios, el desayuno es delicioso y no pueden perderse el taller de alfarería. Volveremos con frecuencia, se convirtió en nuestro hotel favorito del sector.

Desconexión natural
Pros:

La ubicación, muy tranquilo, para una desconexión real de la rutina, muy natural, al lado de los animales y de la naturaleza, y muy bonito el taller de alfarería. Los perritos, hermosos, Malú, Pecas, Rafaelito, todos!!!

Reglas del hotel MUY EXTRICTAS. La atención de los administradores pésima.

Los trabajadores tienen toda la actitud, pero siento que están un poco cohibidos por los administradores. Las instalaciones son bonitas.

Cons:

La habitación que reservamos la elegimos por el jacuzzi, pero solo se puede usar una vez por estancia (eran dos noches y nos hicieron el favor de un uso adicional) ¡¿¿??!! La puerta de ingreso se cierra a las 9pm y es como un favor que lo reciban a uno después. Llegamos pasadas las 10pm por los trancones de los alumbrados del Puente de Boyacá y nos lo echaron en cara todo el tiempo. El trato a nosotros no invita a volver, para nada. Al momento del Chek-out nos echaron en cara TODO solo por reclamar que hubieran anulado la reserva en Booking y pedir la factura. La reserva se había pagado por adelantado y se había confirmado por Whatsapp. También pude percibir que para los trabajadores no es el mejor trato. No lo recomiendo. La comida regular. El café horrible. Habíamos pensado tomar el taller pero con ese trato preferimos buscar otra actividad.

Cons:

El dueño del hotel tiene una muy mala actitud le falta Don de gentes la atención al cliente por parte de él no es buena, por lo demás el resto del personal muy bien
