A very disappointing stay, confusing layout, and lack of proper amenities.
Pros:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we liked about the property. But if I had to mention something positive, the location in Grand Baie was convenient and central, making it easy to explore the area. Beyond that, we didn’t have much of a chance to enjoy the amenities, as we didn’t stay long.

Cons:

We didn’t like the reception area at all - it felt unwelcoming and a bit rundown. The hotel layout was confusing, with separate gated buildings, and there was no proper parking, which made things feel a bit chaotic. Overall, the whole place didn’t meet our expectations and left us feeling disappointed.

Perfekt opphold
Pros:

Emanuelle og familien var utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Vi kunne ikke hatt et bedre opphold her på Villa Paprika. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Pros:

ROOM WITH POOL VIEW BUT THE SET UP SEEMS A BIT OLDISH.
BEACH & BREAKFAST ARE GREAT.

Cons:

DOUBLE ROOM GROUND FLOOR FOR 2 ELDERLIES AS THERE ARE STEPS TO GO TO THE BATHROOM.
MY MUM FELL ON THOSE STAIRS BUT LUCKILY SHE WAS NOT HURT TOO MUCH.

Peut mieux faire avec un peu d’investissement.

Le personnel très aimable . Les repas .

Un début chaotique.
Pas d’aide pour le port des bagages . (Les clients étaient âgés)
Le logement non isolée .
La propreté a vérifié .
Pas de drap de plage ( si c était mentionné sur le site on en aurait ramené)

Pros:

La réception est très professionnelle et il nous ont mi a l'aise avec des offres qui nous ont vraiment étonnés dans le bon sens du terme .
Au niveau du Bar le personnel aussi est très bien et convivial.

Cons:

Dommage pour le spa piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Le midi les serveuses manquaient un peu de professionnalisme mais bien rattrapé par le repas qui était très bon .

Vos personnels sont très accueillants. M. Nitin en particulier. C'est quelqu'un de très précieux je pense pour pour hôtel.

Cons:

Petite remarque, en restauration mettez des serveurs qui arrivent à échanger en Français car c'est très compliqué pour se faire comprendre.

Pros:

Hôtel au personnel très agréable. L’infrastructure aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement extérieur. Par contre en ce qui concerne les chambres, confortable très propre, et calme. Pour être isolé des autres bâtiments privilégiez les villas vue mer avec la piscine devant c’est ce que nous avions choisi. Un petit bâtiment de 6 logements avec à l’étage une vue incroyable sur l’océan.
Enfin rapport qualité prix la restauration était vraiment très bien. Buffet et une fois par semaine repas servi à l’assiette. Des plats de qualité et variés avec à la tête du restaurant un chef qui a collaboré dans des restaurants 2 étoiles en France ! Seul hic pas de jus de fruits frais pressé le matin…Situation idéale tout prêt de grand baie. Enfin le spa un incroyable massage balinais d’une heure pour 25€.

Une belle arnaque ! les photos que vous trouvez sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité je pense que les photos date de la construction de l’hôtel ..et que sans entretiens il s’est détérioré , en plus il ont voulu m’avoir sur ma chambre ils ont voulu me donner une chambre encore plus bas de gamme que celle que j’avais réservé un comble quand déjà on ne respect pas les gens au point de laisser des photos qui ne représente plus la réalité ! J’ai dû dire non je veux la chambre que j’ai réservé ah eu c’est sur la satisfaction clients ne fais pas mot d’ordre chez eux ! franchement y’a nettement mieux sur l’île dans la même gamme de prix ne perdez pas votre temps à aller là-bas , en ce qui concerne la nourriture médiocre à l’image de l’hôtel ..

Rien de particulier pour le jour de notre anniversaire de mariage.
