A la hauteur de mes attentes
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, et le confort des lits. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des responsables de l'accueil (Surtout Kenny je crois...) !!!!!

Cons:

L'agacement, et la façon de parler du barman...(A recadrer !!!! et vite car à ce rythme, il risque de faire fuir les clients...)
A la première soirée, une heure après l'ouverture du service de restauration, il n'y avait plus beaucoup de plats disponibles, beaucoup de personnes ont été désagréablement surprises...
Le lendemain ils se sont adaptés...HEUREUSEMENT !!!!

Je ne vais plus à cette établissement
Pros:

Rien à dire pour le personnel du restaurant mais on avait besoins un transport il nous on pas aidé et en plus on a payé le transport en sortant de aéroport le chauffeur n'ai pas venu nous chercher et pour le retour aussi on a payé y avait personne

La piscine était petite y avait pas de porte dans la salle de bain

A very disappointing stay, confusing layout, and lack of proper amenities.
Pros:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we liked about the property. But if I had to mention something positive, the location in Grand Baie was convenient and central, making it easy to explore the area. Beyond that, we didn’t have much of a chance to enjoy the amenities, as we didn’t stay long.

Cons:

We didn’t like the reception area at all - it felt unwelcoming and a bit rundown. The hotel layout was confusing, with separate gated buildings, and there was no proper parking, which made things feel a bit chaotic. Overall, the whole place didn’t meet our expectations and left us feeling disappointed.

Perfekt opphold
Pros:

Emanuelle og familien var utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Vi kunne ikke hatt et bedre opphold her på Villa Paprika. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Pros:

ROOM WITH POOL VIEW BUT THE SET UP SEEMS A BIT OLDISH.
BEACH & BREAKFAST ARE GREAT.

Cons:

DOUBLE ROOM GROUND FLOOR FOR 2 ELDERLIES AS THERE ARE STEPS TO GO TO THE BATHROOM.
MY MUM FELL ON THOSE STAIRS BUT LUCKILY SHE WAS NOT HURT TOO MUCH.
