The restaurant was good, both breakfast and the menu. All the personnel were doing their utmost to make our stay very pleasant.

We loved staying at El Mar! We were there for four nights while visiting Naxos for the first time. The location is pretty quiet, but only about a 15-20 minute walk into town if you don’t mind walking. We had a massive suite on the ground floor, right outside the pool. It’s a small hotel, but has all of the basic amenities you need - a simple gym, spa, pool, breakfast and a bar. All of the staff were so nice and helpful.
Struttura stupenda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro in posizione estremamente tranquilla. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, discreto, ma sempre attento ai bisogni di ogni ospite e alla cura di ogni dettaglio. Camera spaziosa, moderna e molto pulita. Colazione a buffet ottima, con prodotti locali sia dolci che salati. Splendida vista sulla città, soprattutto all'ora del tramonto, visibile sia dal bar che dalla zona piscina. Il contesto è estremamente rilassante e permette di trascorrere un soggiorno in pieno relax. Parcheggio riservato ai clienti, utile per chi noleggia un'auto. Consigliatissimo!
We absolutely loved our stay in El Mar. The property is clean, modern and the view is just spectacular. One of the nicest sunsets we’ve seen in Cyclades.
But what made our stay truly special was the the amazing staff - always smiling, attentive, authentic, trying to make your stay unforgettable. We will be coming back!

Appreciate the welcome drink and once in the week we was there we got a peach iced tea.
The bed was extremely comfy, and the shower was powerful.
I believe you need to be consistent with your guest offerings, so to offer a guest freshly squeezed orange juice after you've sat there for an hour at breakfast, is poor when you're told it's the last one.
We also noted, some people had towels handed to them/put on loungers along with cold water bottles...this didn't happen for us. We kept wondering what we'd done wrong?!
The dirt track up to the property is very steep in one section, and very poorly lit. If you've got any mobility issues you're going to struggle, or need car/taxi.
Exceptionally clean, comfortable, small family-run hotel, extremely personalized service. Breakfast every morning was delicious. 10-15 minute walk into town. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. You can really tell the whole team cares about their guests.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – highly recommended!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at El Mar as a family of 3.
The room was luxurious, spacious, very clean and every little detail was perfect. The grounds and pool were amazing and very well looked after. The staff there were exceptional, the owner Nopi and her fantastic team were so warm and welcoming and they treated us with so much kindness and generosity, we couldn’t have asked for more! The hotel offers a very chilled, relax environment with 5 star treatment from everyone involved.
The breakfast was excellent and we were greeted every morning by Trian who was very friendly and attentive.
The bar was well run by young Nik who’s was always on hand to offer us anything we needed. The housekeeping was spot on, the 2 lovely ladies looking after us made sure we had clean sheets and towels everyday.
Anastasia on reception was so lovely and helpful with lots of info about the beautiful island of Naxos. Nopi was the perfect host and treated us so well.
The property is in the best location, tucked away enough from the busy port and town but Only a 10-15 walk to the Port where there was an abundance of lovely restaurants and bars and the local beaches which were wonderful.
We highly recommend a stay at El Mar and we will definitely be returning.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
Lovely hotel, gorgeous rooms and staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast choice was very good and also delicious snacks. Only a 15 minute walk to the main town of Chora.
