Pros:

Rue calme. Personne dans l'hôtel alors pas de bruit sauf celui des ventilateurs pas très discret.
l'hôtesse cherche toujours des solutions aux problèmes

Cons:

Ma relation avec l'établissement a très mal commencé. J'ai perdu ma matinée a chercher cet hôtel qui ne voit pas l'intérêt de mettre son nom à l'extérieur. Les taxis ne le connaissent pas j'ai été baladée dans toute la ville avec mes bagages sur le dos.

Pros:

La anfitriona fue muy amable. La habitación muy limpia y ordenada, durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre salíamos y al volver la limpieza estaba hecha, la cama ordenada, el baño impecable, toallas limpias y artículos de aseo.

Además, nos recomendó lugares excelentes para comer delicioso y nos asesoró sobre lugares para visitar.

Great host!
Pros:

Great host who would book tours for you and personally ride you to the travel agency everyday and constantly check on you. Very accomodating host who allows early check-in and would offer you a glass of juice on arrival. Rooms are tidied everyday. Overall a good stay!

Cons:

Two fans are not enough in the heat of the Amazon on hot days. It is impossible to be in room without an aircon upgrade. Fortunately the nights and rainy or cloudy days are cool. No warm showers for windy nights. Shower is not a full hose but a single stream of tap. Found some bugs on the bed but it may be unavoidable in Leticia.

Bang for the buck - lovely host running a nice little hotel for backpacker
Pros:

The host is super friendly and is bending over backwards to accomodate your wishes. The room was clean, bkfst continental and you can walk freely with no fear at night. Little shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

In the middle of the amazon even 2 fans don't really make you sleep tight.

I would go back again.
Pros:

Ingrid is absolutely lovely.
Whole building was very clean.
Close to city center.
Bedroom had a big window for Airflow.
Our room was at the back, no street noise at all.

Cons:

Mototaxi couldn’t understand the adress that is in booking.

One improvement could be to have the front door key so we can come and go at anytime, without ringing or waiting outside.

The last floor is under the ceiling so it gets hot if the bedroom stay closed all day, but there was two fans that make it totally fine, plus it helps to dry clothes !

Pros:

Clean and tidy house. Friendly staff. Definitely one of the best taken care of hotels in Leticia.

Cons:

You do not receive your own key of the front door, so you have to ring every time you want to get in. Also, there is a curfew of 11 pm.

Superb
Pros:

Very nice and wellcoming, spent 2 nights there. All was good. Booked a room with 2 beds for single stay , got a room with one bed, but all good. Fan was in the room. Host is happy to help in any situation, agreed to leave the bags while jungle tour for some donation.

The place is very clean,
Pros:

The staff is very kind and gentle

Cons:

The badroom is enough but a bit uncomfortable because the quality of water is not the best and the bedroom with balcony is very noisy and the window is not antinoise.
