Pros:

Très bon accueuil du propriétaire. Nous avons occupé une petite chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux dans une ambiance chaude et humide: il n'est pas possible d'aérer sauf si on laisse la porte de la chambre ouverte.

Cons:

Inconfort du matelas recouvert d'une protection plastique qui fait transpirer et qui est bruyante quand on bouge. Pas d'éclairage de chevet. Wifi à l'extérieur.

Pros:

Alejo was very friendly and welcoming. There was free water and he offered us coffee too. The location is also good, it is walking distance from the airport. It was also fairly cheap.

Cons:

The room wasn't comfortable: there was a smell in the room (perhaps from humidity), even though there are ventilators in the room, it was very humid and sticky in the room. Surfaces had dust and spider nets, so it wasn't super clean. Also we had two unpleasant encounters with a big bug in the room.

Correct lorsque on a un vol
Pros:

Bien situé pour aller à l'aéroport, et le logement est calme et correct.

Cons:

Nous n'avons le droit de fumer nulle part même dans un coin du jardin mais cela je peux le comprendre....
Par contre je suis dérangé que l'on se permette de rentrer dans la chambre car j'ai oublié d'éteindre un ventilateur alors que je suis parti 20min.

Habitacion luminosa y con privacidad
Pros:

Nos tocó una habitacion doble con 2 camas individuales y un baño privado. Con mucha luz y mucha ventilación. La casa estaba limpia y Nora y Alejo fueron encantadores en todo momento!
Muy recomendable para estar en Leticia y disfrutar de cierta tranquilidad
