Molto rilassante
Pros:

La struttura era in una posizione ideale del paese e il parcheggio privato era ottimale. Il piccolo paese è perfetto per visitare l’isola. Il piccolo angolo cottura era dotato di tutto quello che serve e abbiamo trovato anche la spugna confezionata per i piatti. Tutto era molto pulito e comodo.

Cons:

Unica nota dolente alla struttura e’ la mancata segnalazione su Booking del fatto che il giardino che si vede in foto è adesso diventato il giardino di un locale. Quindi ci si affaccia direttamente su questo locale con la musica molto bassa e chill e le luci soffuse. Questo può essere molto rilassante come è stato per noi in determinate sere ma molto fastidioso in altre quando magari si vuole riposare prima. (Il locale chiude verso le 23:30, la musica è bassa e piacevole e ha pochi avventori). Comunque per correttezza specifico che chiudendo tutto e accendendo l’aria condizionata (che noi preferivamo non accendere) non si sente nulla per via degli infissi super insonorizzati.

El apartamento dispone de los elementos necesarios para una buena estancia. Está muy bien ubicado en el centro.

Al estar orientado al bar y jardín, había que tener la cortina cerrada, haciendo que haya poca luz natural.

Wonderful Stay at Giannakis Filoxenia
Pros:

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Giannakis Filoxenia. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was comfortable and well looked after. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again. Highly recommended!

An ideal stay in the Filoti
Pros:

Our hostess and host were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen included lovely dishes and the usual items necessary for our stay. The studio was cleaned daily; air conditioning was efficient as was the wifi! The location was ideal for walking into the village for a small number of interesting shops, bakeries and restaurants. An easy walk up to the church, museum and restored shops made for an interesting visit. The area is well known for its short and long distance hikes.

Cons:

A room with a garden view would likely have been nicer than the room we chose which faced the street.

Clean, friendly, simple accommodation in Filoti. Great base camp for exploring Fil
Pros:

Immaculately clean; beds and porch were larger and nicer than anticipated; we appreciated the mini kitchen and refrigerator. The host gave us tips on where to park for hiking and good restaurants and gelato. Great stay!
