Ideal quiet, peaceful location to stay
Pros:

Excellent location in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Within 5 mins walking distance to two different bus stops, which run every 10 mins from early morning to late evening and on weekend. Easy access to centre, main attractions, bus/train station. Various supermarkets (Lidl, Billa within walking distance/ on bus routes).Spacious, cosy accomodation, with amenities required for a holiday let - very good heating system, excellent shower, constant hot water, heated towel rail, good sized bed with clean bedding, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, sufficient crockery, table and chairs, washing machine, decent storage. Felt secure and safe. Quick response from owners re issues e.g. agreed early access not being set up on door entry code, broken kettle, which were listened to and solved with a polite, quick response. Cleaning equipment available, extra supplies e.g. toilet rolls, hand and body wash etc available. Available storage room if you arrive before check in is possible or to use following check out. Secure little area, with table and chairs to sit out adjoining the apartment through the rear door.

Cons:

Not ideal that our apartment could only be accessed through the Reception area - frequently the light was left on in the Reception and the door was not being closed properly by people accessing it. Unfortunately, we had an issue with ants in the kitchen, toilet, entrance and bathroom - which we left a note about on departure. Apartment would benefit from some tlc - toilet wall scuffed and marked, wall in main living area scuffed, floor scratched, sliding doors to wardrobe/washing machine not easy to open/stiff. The oven would benefit from more than one shelf. There are no oven gloves. For anyone who wants to self cater the apartment would benefit from a baking tray and oven dishes. Some of the kitchen equipment needed cleaning before use. Overall all things that could be easily addressed making the accomodation a 10.

Cons:

Not enough light in the room, it was too dark. Really needed more light in the room. And they did not vaccuum and clean the floor before we came. Expensive price for the room size and location too.

Parcheggio gratuito in fronte all'appartamento (5/6 stalli). Dotazione completa per cucinare, dormire ecc. Posizione non centrale, ma servita da autobus (card omaggio per i trasporti pubblici)

Tolles Familienapartment mit großartiger Ausstattung, praktisch eingerichtet und nette Atmosphäre. Himmlische Ruhelage im Wohngebiet. Autobusstation nahe am Haus. Freier Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Etwas abgelegen, man braucht schon 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Klidné místo na ubytování také v blízkosti řeky pro procházky a dobrá dostupnost autobusem do centra.
Pros:

Klidna lokalita, kód volné pro střední a dobrá dostupnost do centra pomocí autobusu. Také potěšila transportní karta na místní městskou hromadnou dopravu zdarma.

Cons:

Omezene moznosti parkovani
Pro starší a méně mobilní osoby jsou horní pokoje náročnějších díky příkrým schodům.

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Messe in Salzburg und daher war die Lage optimal. Mit den Leih-Fahrrädern und dem gratis Öffiticket ist man super mobil. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, auch wenn man mal selber kochen möchte.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Licht wäre super. In der Küche gibt es gar keine Beleuchtung bzw beim Esstisch auch nicht.

Pros:

Sehr saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Cons:

Nur eine Toilette für 7 Personen (große Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern). Toilette war extra - aber leider ohne Waschbecken zum Händewaschen!!!
