The location was very central and also featured a nice aspect looking over the port. The staff, notably Maria and Akis, were extremely helpful and provided excellent alternative accommodation when the original property was affected by an electrical storm and heavy rain on the first day. We also got a free transfer to and from the airport.

What to say? Everything was perfect! The suite is beautiful, fully furnished and with a balcony overlooking the magic harbour of Naxos.

Right in the town and walking distance to the port, restaurants, bars, very convenient. We had quite heavy bags and although we had to lug them down stairs we were right there at the port. Amazing shower.

Bémol pour le petit déjeuner peu qualitatif
The location was excellent - few minutes walk from the ferry port, to shops, restaurants, attractions and waterfront. The room was large with a huge spa tub and with bath robes and slippers. The kitchen was fully equipped and daily supplies of coffee, cream, fruit, bread, cereal, juice and water were provided. Outside the room was a massage chair that was free to use. There was also an Amazon Alexa that we played Greek music on! The best part was the roof top area where you could sit and look at the water and watch the sea activity, and see the sunset! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of information, and they also provided us with a parting gift! Fantastic place, and would definitely recommend staying there!
Rooms were well-appointed, comfortable and quiet. The property was also excellently located close to the harbour and all restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely warm welcome. Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and it had a great shower. It was very quiet, safe and relaxing. Breakfast provisions were good.Would definitely recommend.

Wifi was spotty. We only stayed for one night, so we did not mention it to the staff until we were checking out as it was not a big problem for us.
The room was spacious and comfortable and we had a nice view of the streets below. The location is excellent and the receptionist gave us great tips. They provided water and other amenities and didn't charge some of our consumption from the minibar and gave us some souvenirs. Overall it was excellent value.
When we tried using the oven to heat some food we smelled burning from the outlet and the breakers of the room shutdown and wouldn't work again until a technician came over to fix it a couple of hours later, we were told not to use the oven for the rest of our stay. This was handled relatively well by the staff via WhatsApp, which is the main form of communication with the hotel as most of the time was no one at the reception.
There was also an issue with a light sewer smell coming up from the bathroom pipes and the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi water was changed before we got there but I think the pipes are dirty so we noticed some slime in the water.
