Perfect.

Beautiful accommodation set in an amazing location just minutes from one of Naxos' most beautiful beaches.

The apartments are in a great location; close enough to many of the beautiful villages of the island and Naxos town itself but set within a wonderfully tranquil location.

An amazing pool and patio area offer stunning views of evening sunsets and areas west of the island.

Breakfasts are ample and delicious and include many home-grown ingredients. You can eat them at your leisure which adds to the laid-back nature of the accommodation.

Anthi and her Team work tirelessly to make your stay comfortable, unhurried and fun. They have many decent recommendations depending on what you want to see and where to eat.

A must-stay location for those spending time on Naxos.

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had! You can really feel the care and love that goes into preparing it. Having it served in the room was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. It was also clear that everything was freshly prepared at the hotel, which made it even more delicious. Truly exceptional!

Очень милая улыбчивая девушка встретила, отправила гид по наилучшим местам острова , интересовалась все ли хорошо, напоследок подарила небольшой презент , очень приятно. Про завтрак от шефа здесь уже многие писали, он действительно был хорош. Уборка ежедневно, бассейн с пресной водой, что важно для детей, красивый вид из балкона, рядом классный песочный пляж, где было совсем немного людей.

Вода в бассейне могла бы быть теплее , раковина в комнате .

A beautiful villa with breathtaking views and exceptional hospitality.

Our stay at Phoenicia was everything we hoped for and more. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and offered stunning views that we looked forward to waking up to each morning. The private pool was the perfect place to relax after exploring the island—peaceful, refreshing, and impeccably maintained.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast. Every morning featured fresh, gourmet options that were both delicious and beautifully presented. We also have to mention the iced green tea and coffee—they were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had.

What made our stay truly special was the hospitality. Anthi and her entire team were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They genuinely made us feel like honored guests and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed.

The location was also excellent, with wonderful beaches and several outstanding tavernas and restaurants just a short drive away, making it easy to experience the best of Naxos while returning to a peaceful retreat each day.

Every aspect of our stay felt first-class, from the accommodations to the service. We left already talking about when we can return, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit einem absolut mega Blick auf das Meer. Der Persönliche Kontakt mit Anthi war absolut toll und besonders hervorzuheben. Sie ist per WhatsApp immer zu erreichen und bei Fragen bekommt man prompte Hilfe. Das Frühstück das morgens von Alexander frisch zubereitet und gebracht wird ist ebenfalls klasse. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wer Wünsche zum Frühstück hat, kann die bei Alexander oder Anthi äußern, für uns hat das sehr gut gepasst.
Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub bei Euch. Vielen Dank an Anthi, Alexander und natürlich auch die Reinigungscrew, die jeden Tag einen super Job gemacht haben.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

* Les petits-déjeuners faits maison d’Alexander étaient un véritable point fort du séjour, délicieux et variés.
* Très belle piscine, parfaitement entretenue.
* Chambre confortable et propre.
* Emplacement calme tout en étant proche de la plage et des restaurants.

Pros:

The everyday breakfast was phenomenal! Staff are absolutely incredible 10/10! Pool as well as the communal pool are great. Amazing sunsets. Gave us dressing gowns and slippers which were fab.

Cons:

The bedrooms could definitely use block out blinds as they are super bright in the morning. The showers are a bit mouldy.

With a car, everything on the island was easily accessible, making it the ideal home base for exploring. Each day began with Alexander's incredible homemade breakfast, thoughtfully prepared with fresh local specialties that reflected his passion and care. Athina welcomed us as if we were family, not strangers, and her warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel completely at home. From arranging dinner reservations each evening to ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect, she went above and beyond in every way. The beauty of the setting, the genuine hospitality, and the unforgettable experiences made this an amazing trip that we will always cherish.

Beautful Holiday ln Naxos!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und auch die anderen Wunderschönen Strände sind in 10-25min leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Toller Empfang und super nette Gastgeberin. Frühstück kommt jeden morgen per Körbchen ins Zimmer und kann individuell zusammengestellt werden.

Perfekter Ort für Ruhesuchende
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, der Blick vom Balkon aus phänomenal. Anthi hat sich sehr darum bemüht, dass wir einen Perfekten Aufenthalt haben - sie organisierte einen Mietwagen für uns und im Zimmer erwartete uns Obst, Kaffee und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk. Alexander hat uns jeden Morgen tolles Frühstück gebracht, was wir mit Blick auf das Meer genießen konnten. Auch der Pool mit Meerblick ist klasse! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub dort.

Perfect family villa
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. The property is located in a quiet area about 25 minutes from Naxos Port, making it the perfect place to relax while still being convenient to explore the island.

The views are absolutely spectacular. Although the beach appears farther away from the property, there is a beautiful sandy beach just an easy 8-minute walk away. No sea grass, no crowds, just a wonderful place to swim and enjoy the water.

Our villa was exceptional and perfectly suited for a family. The private “jacuzzi” was really more of a small pool with built-in seating around the perimeter, which ended up being one of our favorite features. It was the perfect size for our two children, ages 9 and 11, and provided hours of fun.

The villa itself had everything we needed, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The mattresses were comfortable, and the entire space was thoughtfully designed and well maintained.

Breakfast deserves special recognition. Alexander prepares an outstanding breakfast each morning featuring fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, and delicious local options such as meat, cheese, and spinach pies. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
Most of all, Anthi, the owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments to families and anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with incredible views.

Cons:

The only suggestions I would make are adding blackout shades to the bedrooms and improving the drying rack for swimsuits and laundry. These were very minor issues and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

C'était vraiment le paradis! Tout était parfait: la chambre (suite junior) est belle, bien équipée et la vue de la terrasse était magnifique; la mer est proche, petits déjeuners excellents avec beaucoup de choix! Alessandros et Anthi sont vraiment adorables et aux petits soins et le reste du personnel est top aussi!

Anthi was a very kind and accommodating host, the view from the appartment was stunning. Lovely terrace and swimming pool. The appartment itself is high quality, spacious and very clean. Alexander brought us yummy breakfast every day. We had an amazing stay at Phoenicia Naxos. 10/10
