Ottima posizione per girare L'isola di Kos
Pros:

Mastichari si trova in un'ottima posizione per girare l'isola in poco tempo in tutte le direzioni..
Peter, l'ospite, è una persona squisita e disponibile.
Il servizio in camera è ottimo, tutti i giorni passano a sistemare la camera e cambiare gli asciugamani.
Arredi e camera nuovi.

Cons:

Nulla di importante...ma manca qualche stoviglia, es.coltelli da taglio e più posate.

Meravigliosa vacanza a un passo da Kos
Pros:

La struttura si trova nella tranquilla cittadina di Mastichari, a circa 25min di auto da Kos, una zona molto piacevole e ben collegata a tutte le parti dell'isola (appunto Kos Town, Zia, Kefalos, Marmari, Tigaki ecc). Sicuramente per una vacanza a Kos è fondamentale avere un mezzo per poterla esplorare! Noi abbiamo prenotato l'auto presso la struttura collegata a Luis ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica.
L'appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort: letti comodi, bagno con doccia spaziosa, terrazzino con vista su mare e tramonto, cucina con due fornelli, bollitore, piastra e tostapane, frigorifero spazioso, armadio piuttosto grande, cassaforte, aria condizionata che si disattiva automaticamente con le finestre aperte.
La pulizia è uno degli aspetti che più ci ha sorprese e fatte sentire a casa: le addette passano ogni giorno a pulire le camere e rifare i letti, lavando anche le stoviglie, cambiando gli asciugamani, come fosse un hotel. Direi che anche solo per questa caratteristica il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che ottimo.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e attento, seppur non sia presente alla reception: tramite una chiamata risolvono i vostri problemi, o almeno ci provano! :) ci hanno inoltre concesso di restare in appartamento ben oltre l'orario di checkout senza nessun costo, poiché avevamo il volo nel pomeriggio.
La spiaggia di Mastichari è a circa 5min a piedi, così come il Supermarket Konstantinos, altri supermarket e la zona "centrale" con i vari ristorantini e taverne. L'aeroporto è a circa 10min di taxi/auto.

Cons:

Solo alcune piccole cose che non ci sono piaciute ma che non hanno sicuramente inficiato sulla nostra permanenza e sulla valutazione: i fornelli della cucina ci mettevano tantissimo a scaldarsi, complicando un po' la preparazione; i letti sono doppi, non è un letto matrimoniale, impossibili da unire a causa della testata, quindi un po' scomodi per una coppia; il wifi era abbastanza lento; le camere non sono insonorizzate.

Unforgettable holiday
Pros:

The location of the accommodation is truly exceptional – the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Clean and beautiful premises and genuinely very kind staff. The village of Mastichari itself is charming, not overcrowded with tourists, and there’s no fight for overpriced sunbeds. We took trips by bus and ferry, but you can also rent a car, motorbike, or bicycle here. Thank you very much for everything.
