Beliggenheden var i top, men lejligheden fuldstændig slidt ned.
Pros:

Helt klart beliggenheden. Fuldstændig fantastisk placering med både by og strand.

Cons:

Lejligheden var meget slidt. Dørene til både badeværelse og toilet var nærmest ved at falde af. Når der skulle skylles ud i toilettet satte knappen sig fast og toilettet blev ved at rende med vand.
Altanen var ok, men møblerne var så slidte og ligeledes var tørrestativet til at tørre håndklæder/badetøj mv. på. Alle klemmerne knækkede bare, da de var så gamle og slidte.

Tæt på stranden og ok til prisen.

Cons:

De 2 enkeltsenge på værelset var så slidte at man kunne mærke fjedrene når man lå på dem. Dobbeltsengen var ok.

Adgangen til spa badet var igennem et vinduet og spabadet var ikke vedligeholdt.

Μου άρεσε που ήταν ένα λεπτό από την παραλία με τα πόδια και γενικά απολα τα μαγαζιά τριγύρω.

Από θέμα παροχών αρχικά το parking το οποίο ήταν ημικλειστο δλδ εμένε η γκαραζοπορτα μισάνοιχτη και είχε πρόσβαση ο κάθε άσχετος από τουρίστες μέχρι κάθε καρυδιάς καρύδι.και αυτό είναι το λιγότερο καθώς για πέντε μέρες που έμεινα πάντα ανοίγανε σε ανθρώπους που δεν μένανε στο κατάλυμα και βάζανε τα αυτοκίνητα τους κλεινωντας τους πάντες με σκοπό να ψάχνω ποιανού είναι το κάθε χρεπι πεταμένο ώστε να μπορέσω να βγω από το γκαράζ(τραγικό) και σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό ήταν που ήταν οι θέσεις μετρημένες στα δάχτυλα παρκαραν τα αυτοκίνητα τους από καθαρίστριες μέχρι υπάλληλοι της ταβέρνας.οποτε παρκάρεις μέσα στη μέση αναγκαστικά εκλεινες του γύρω και μετά σου χτυπαγανε την ώρα που ήθελες να ξεκουραστείς για να πάρεις το αμάξι σου για να βγει ο υπάλληλος.τι να πω...χίλιες φορές να παρκαραμε στο δρόμο.
Πάμε τώρα στο δωμάτιο.θα ξεκινήσω από το μπάνιο:σπασμένη πορτα ντουζιέρας.ξηλωμενη βασικά.η ντουζιέρα διαλυμένη με το ζόρι έτρεχε νερό από το τηλέφωνο.τη δεύτερη μέρα σκότωσα μια κατσαρίδα μέσα.στο υπόλοιπο σπίτι δεν είχε παντζούρι η έστω σκιάστρο πουθενά μόνο στη μπαλκονόπορτα μια κουρτίνα εσωτερική οπότε 7 το πρωί έμπαινε ο ήλιος μέσα από το παράθυρο στο κουζινακι και ήμασταν όλοι όρθιοι.λαμπες σε μεγάλο βαθμό καμμένες σε όλο το διαμέρισμα και στο μπαλκόνι.μια σίτα η μπαλκονόπορτα ξεσκισμενη μας διαλυσανε τα κουνούπια.πορτα διαμερίσματος μια εσωτερική ξύλινη σάπιο πόρτα υπνοδωματίου η κύρια είσοδος με πετουγια και από μέσα και από έξω.ασφαλεια μηδέν καθώς όλες οι πόρτες ήταν πάντα ανοιχτές από το μεσημέρι και μετά ρεσεψιόν κάνεις οπότε όποιος ήθελε έμπαινε από το πάρκινγκ και μετά από την ανοιχτή πόρτα και έμπαινε όπου ήθελε εννοώ μη ένοικος του καταλύματος.σαν τοποθεσία ήταν φοβερά αλλά σαν διαμονή αρχές ιουλη με 130€ τη βραδιά δύσκολα τα πράγματα...

L' emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage , des restaurants et des petits commerces d'Agios Prokopios.

Le transfert gratuit du port de Naxos jusqu'à l'hôtel aller retour ce qui est appréciable quand on connaît les tarifs.

J' ai tout de même aimé le studio après la 1 ère nuit surtout grâce à sa localisation en face de l plage et du petit centre , la climatisation qui fonctionne et son charme désuet.

En effet les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

Dommage car le Colosseo a un potentiel incroyable !!

Le studio n' était pas très propre à l' arrivée, sol sale donc impossible de marcher pieds nus et chambre poussiéreuse ...
De plus, quelqu'un avait été aux toilettes sans tirer la chasse d'eau pas tolérable ! Alors que le tapis de bain propre était posé sur la cuvette ...
Selon la femme de chambre à qui j' ai fait la remarque en partant ( car pas d' autre personnel en réception ) m'a dit que ma chambre n' avait pas été occupée la nuit précédente à mon arrivée ... Mais quelqu'un de l' établissement a dû y entrer...

Les équipements de la chambre sont vétustes que ça soit les luminaires, la décoration ainsi que le mobilier extérieur qui est à renouveler 😞

La télévision ne captait aucune chaîne française ou francophone seulement des chaînes grecques...

Il y avait 2 coffres fort dans la chambre inutilisable sachant que n' importe qui aurait pas entrer dans le studio par la terrasse...
On est dans une station balnéaire

La bouilloire électrique ne fonctionnait pas impossible à ouvrir pour mettre de l' eau...

Dommage mais j' ai pris mon petit déjeuner ☕ à l' extérieur et le dîner au restaurant trattoria italienne et grecque de l' hôtel à côté.

Location is good with everything in close proximity. Property also offered free pickup and drop to port as a very good gesture. Beach is very near.

There was no breakfast. Options with breakfast will be better. Beach benches could have been complimentary for hotel guests.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Personale cordiale. Pulizia ogni giorno con ricambio asciugamani e presenza del phon e bagno/doccia necessari.

Cons:

Il piano cottura era in allarme e non funzionante. Il personale non mi ha mai fornito una soluzione e assistenza al problema limitandosi a dire che andava in corto per umidità perché non era isolato correttamente.
Personale assente al mio arrivo al porto nonostante orario concordato e ritardo di 30 minuti rispetto a orario concordato per portarmi al porto a fine vacanza con rischio perdita traghetto.
Poche stoviglie per cucinare e mangiare considerando la prenotazione in appartamento per 4 adulti. Stoviglie tenute a terra e sporche.
Bagno piccolissimo senza prese di corrente e con lavabo che perdeva acqua e ventola rotta.
In generale appartamento molto spartano e poco curato nei dettagli (piastrelle tagliate male e spigoli vivi, balcone rattoppato con pianale in legno non pitturato).

The best location you could dream of!
Pros:

Perfect location! The BEST! Only 5 steps onto the most beautiful beach, Agios Prokopios. With a gorgeous view from the sea view room we booked. The staff were very kind and helpful, assisted us with free parking and always treated our children with a lovely smile and warm greeting. The hot water was powerful and the room was immaculately clean. It is a compact room for a family, so the appeal is the location. Very handy kitchenette too! The restaurant downstairs (Colosseo) and Smile Car Rental complimented our stay very well. This accommodation was fantastic value for money and we would return again in an instant! Thank you team!
