Prisvärt med härliga värdar !!!
Pros:

Vi bodde på Fania apartments 2
Blev flyttade från huvud byggnaden.
Perfektläge vid stranden
Nära till allt som man behöver.
Strand med stolar ca 30 meter bort fria dessutom.
Mkt trevliga värdar snälla och rara på alla sett.

Cons:

Lyhört störande trafik på gatan.
Lite myr invasion på rummet men de jobbade på att få bort dom.
Mkt påvert utrustat absolut det enklaste för att kunna fixa ngt på rummet.
Noll internet !!!
Liten balkong läs small men helt okej.

Pros:

That I got to go to Marmari beach and eat at a couple of great restaurants in Kardamena

Cons:

The hosts were ok, I wasn't happy you have to pay for air-conditioning. Apparently, you have to be out every day at 9.30 am, or your room is not cleaned or topped up. There is only a small bar soap, so bring your shower soap and shampoo. There was no hot water in my room.

These 4 negatives are huge, they are not slight at all for a $115 plus room per night. Hostels have more for less.

Το air contition και το χρηματοκιβωτιο χρεωνονται επιπλεον . Μετα απο διαμονη 11 ημερων μου ζητησαν να αναχωρησω στις 9.30 π.μ. .Θα μου επετρεπαν να φυγω αργοτερα εαν πληρωνα 30 ευρω . Φυσικα ειπα 'οχι' .

Appartamento tranquillo..
Pros:

Sono rimasta 1 settimane.
Cose positive:
* Comoda al centro e alla spiaggia s piedi
* vicini all'aeroporto
* personale cortese
* un balcone per stendere la biancheria
* stanza molto pulita

Cose negativo:
* aria condizionata solo a pagamento
* docciono della doccia scomodo
* manca un fornello per cucinare

Would Never Return
Pros:

It was in a great location

Cons:

Only a kettle and sandwich maker in kitchen with a RAG for a tea towel. The Room was only sweeped through every 3 days and sheets were not changed. They just made the bed straight, but did not change them until day 7. Very early check out at 9 am and was strictly reminded of that fact by owner. Pay for air conditioning. They say free wifi. There is barely wifi. Maybe 1 min or 2 a day
My fourth visit to Kos/ Kardamenia and 10th visit to Greek islands and I have never experienced such an unfriendly environment that I found in these apartments and very expensive compared to the other lovely apartments I stayed in.

Pros:

Friendly, very quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Fania and husband very nice. Only fault had to have left room early in the morning to make sure room cleaned.
On the whole good experience.
Would not hesitate staying again.

Accommodation exactly as described. Perfect for our requirements.
Pros:

No breakfast included, room only basis. Room was basic but clean and everything we needed. Location was perfect, quiet and near to the hub of Kardamena. We are going back next year. Excellent value for money
