Pros:

Fantastiskt hotell på stranden. Nära till allt.
Välutrustat kök, rent o välstädat. Ägarna är synnerligen trevliga o hjälpsamma, vill hästens bästa. Allt var perfekt. Rekommenderas

Ev sahibi olağan üstü..Temizlik mükemmel..
Biz en üst katta kalan tek odayı aldığımız için yaşımız dolayısıyla zorluk çektik.
Malsahibi Lefteri nezaketi ve yardım severliği ile bu zorluğu hafifletti.
Onü plaj, biraz dalgalı..
Hemen yaninda market, manv ve cafeler var.

Pros:

Lefteris was really helpful and kind! His suggestions about the city, transports etc. were on point. We felt quite safe and welcome!

The room was quite clean. Even the little details, there was no dust or dirt. The bathroom was new and renovated. It was easy to go to the sea ( 5 steps and you are on the sunbeds). 15 minutes walk to the Lemonakia Beach. 6 minutes walk from the Kokkari center.

Best place to stay!

Απόλυτη χαλάρωση.
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο είναι κυριολεκτικά επάνω στην παραλία και σε απόσταση από το κέντρο του Κοκκαρίου 200 μέτρα. Ο κύριος Λευτέρης εξαιρετικός και ευγενικός άνθρωπος.

Pros:

Very convenient access to the beach. At walking distance to all restaurants, cafes, and markets in Kokkari. Friendly owner can be helpful on every issue.

Cons:

Next door restaurant workers could have been less noisy after the restaurant is closed late at night.

Clean but not nice
Pros:

The room and the cleaning were ok, as expected

Cons:

The position was not the same shown by booking and the owner, instead of being open and willing to understand the reason, gave responsibility to me. He was not friendly at all.
