Pros:

Lovely stay, with the best location on Naxos. We felt so at home here with a small kitchenette to make breakfast and light meals. It is literally steps away from the bus stop, restaurants, etc. You cannot pick a better location on the entire island!

Τελεια ολα καλά
Pros:

Όλα ήταν πραγματικά τέλεια! Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει και να μας προτείνει όμορφα μέρη να επισκεφτούμε. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Cons:

Το μόνο μικρό αρνητικό ήταν η ηχομόνωση, που θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη.

-posizione vicina alla spiaggia più bella di Naxos e in una zona piena di bar/lidi/ristoranti
-la camera era pulita

Cons:

Tutto il resto purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le aspettative:
- bagno minuscolo con doccia senza protezione, di conseguenza il bagno si allagava ogni volta.
- Materasso scomodo che sprofondava
- porta di ingresso molto rumorosa, ogni volta che qualcuno della struttura e chiudeva la sua camera rimbombava anche nella nostra
- Pareti confinanti con le altre camere così fini che si sentiva qualsiasi rumore
- Proprietari della struttura non pervenuti per l'intero soggiorno,mai presenti in reception. Fortuna nostra aver trovato la signora delle pulizie che ci ha dato qualche informazione ed è stata molto gentile
- credo sia inammissibile avere tutte le finestre dei bagni che affacciano sui corridoi della struttura, sia per una questione di privacy che di odori

Η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη χώρα. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και η επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετηση από τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογη.

Cons:

Το στρώμα, ήταν σχεδόν αδύνατο να κοιμηθείς άνετα δυστυχώς. Το μπάνιο γέμιζε νερά, όπως έχουν επισημάνει αρκετοί στα σχόλια, θέλει σίγουρα κάποια αλλαγή ή αναβάθμιση. Τέλος, δεν υπήρχε σχεδόν καμία ηχομόνωση.

Cozy stay in Agios Prokopios
Pros:

Best location, very clean and comfortable room. The host was very helpful and polite, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The check-in was smooth and easy, and we felt very welcome during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The studio is very close to the Agios Prokopios beach with plenty of tavernas around. The studio was cleaned daily, the sheets and the towels were clean, the small kitchen has enough utensils if you need them, the bathroom was clean and the AC worked fine. The windows have mosquito nets and indeed were helpful. The buses run frequently to and from the city.
Flerianos Studios Naxos really offer a good stay in Naxos for a relaxing vacation.

Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt ist es okay
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und es war auch sauber.

Cons:

Das Bad ist völlig veraltet und wird komplett überschwemmt, wenn man duscht. Die Küche ist komplett ungeeignet zum kochen. Nachdem wir nach einem Topf gefragt haben, haben wir einen bekommen, ansonsten kann man da nur Tee kochen. Nichts für Selbstversorger. Die Fotos sind eher vorteilhaft und von den vermutlich „schöneren Zimmern“ mit größerer Küchenzeile und Balkon fotografiert wurden.

Très mal isolé, manquement de matériel.
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre (restaurants, plages, super market…) mais si vous voulez avoir des plages sans personnes ce n’est pas ici qu’il faut venir. Le ménage et le lit est faut tout les jours.

Cons:

On a été réveillé tous les matins par les portes du couloirs qui claquent et les femmes de ménage ! Aucune isolation, on entendais également notre voisin ronfler. Lors de notre arrivée, il manquait une ampoule dans la salle de bain, l’étendoir à linge était cassé, la poignée de tiroir se retirait… Je l’ai signalé et cela a été réparé. Sinon une odeur affreuse ne partait pas de la salle de bain… Lorsque nous faisons sécher notre linge l’eau qui s’écoutait stagnait au sol et ne sortait pas par la trape à eau sur la terrasse. Le frizer ne glaçait rien. Les photos avec penderie / dressing de la chambre ne ressemble absolument pas à ce que nous avons eu. Les oreillers étaient dur comme de la pierre.
