The location is great and the staff really friendly.
Prachtige locatie aan het (kiezel)strand, mooi zwembad en ruim appartement. Er is een bar waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten / lunchen en je drankjes en hapjes kunt bestellen die op het strand worden gebracht. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is er rustig met een fijne sfeer. Op loopafstand vind je 2 restaurantjes. Je hebt een auto nodig, het zijn allemaal bergweggetjes. Maar je kunt vanuit hieruit prima het eiland verkennen.

The staff at Princess Tia are all fantastic. They're happy to help, and nothing is too much trouble. The beach is perfect, and it's a wonderful place to relax. The fact that it's right in front of the hotel is truly amazing. The pool is also fantastic, and from the hotel, you can quickly reach other beautiful spots/beaches on this side of the island. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! All in all, highly recommended!
The beds in my room weren't super comfortable, unfortunately; they could use an upgrade. If you're taller and/or heavier, you might experience some discomfort, but this will vary from person to person (and perhaps even from room to room).
They're currently doing construction next door because Tia Hotel is expanding. You'll experience minimal disruption, but if you're lying by the pool, the drilling noises can be quite annoying (my experiece). Still, worth mentioning.
This is by far the best hotel in Samos.
We travelled across the entire island, but this place truly feels like a piece of heaven. Everything — from the atmosphere to the location exceeded our expectations. The owners and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samos. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and warm experience!
It was amazing. :-) We had a really great time at Tias place! The people were so friendly, the drinks and food were just delicious and for me, it was the nicest place on the island. :-)

Tia and the staff were very lovely and helpful. It was a unforgettable trip for us we would like to come back for sure. It was a super calm and peaceful facility for us perfect place for people who wants to relax.
Might be bigger shower
The lovely small-scale hotel is directly at the beach, at a very quiet and peaceful bay, called Balos. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! From the small restaurant terrace, near the pool and overlooking the sea, we enjoyed very good breakfast (smoothie bowls, smoothies, yogurts,egg dishes and salads). Drinks will be brought to you when you are chilling at the pool or on the beach, on the private hotel beds. Excellent service! The owner Tia, and her staff, is very friendly and helpful and is always available, but lets you do your thing. Wonderful place!
For us, the beds were not that comfortable. Other than that, everything was available in the room, in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as an airco, which was great. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and sea also great.

Facilities can be renewed especially bathroom. With that said it is very very clean.
