Kotor oder Budva ist nicht Ulcinj, das ist schon anders.
Pros:

Also das allerbesten an dem "Zimmer" ist der Ausblick auf die Altstadt und das Meer gewesen. Zimmer Recht klein, jedoch mit kleinen Balkon und der Aussicht, wie oben beschrieben. Frühstück ist Okay gewesen, hat sich halt sehr oft wiederholt. Die Damen wo alles geschmissen haben, sind sehr freundlich gewesen, jedoch auch sehr laut. Ist halt so auf dem Balkan. Gleich an der Straße ist auch ein kleiner Markt zum Einkaufen von Wasser oder anderen Dingen. Für ein paar Tage, alles okay...für länger!!!!!

Cons:

Schanier an der Türe zum Balkon ist komplett ausgebrochen und wurde auch in den 2 Wochen nicht erneuert. Balkon Türe konnte man es eh nicht soweit aufmachen, da sie gleich ans Bett anschlug. Die Anlage zu finden, ist auch nicht so einfach, da die Wegebeschreibung gar nicht passt. Ist in der zweiten Reihe und man muss erst einen steilen Weg hinab laufen. Ach so..Parkplatz Situation.
Vor der Unterkunft gibt es keine Parkplätze. Diese sind durch das komplette Haus, ganz unten. Nach der Besichtigung, haben wir lieber 300 m weiter, auf einen öffentlichen geparkt. Man sollte auch gute Kondition haben, alles geht Berg auf oder Berg ab und gutes Schuhwerk.

Przyjemny apartament. Piękny widok z balkonu. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Mniej doświadczonym kierowcom podjazd na miejsce parkingowe może sprawić troche kłopotu 😅. Polecam

Ein Traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, trotz der sprachlichen Schwierigkeiten. Morgens leckeres landestypisches Frühstück, abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Das Zimmer einfach und praktisch.

Cons:

Es ist noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt. Die Lage ist nahe am Strand jedoch auf dem Berg. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. :

Az a szoba nem volt elérhető, amit foglaltunk, helyben pedig nem beszéltek angolul. Később érkezett egy menedzser, aki végül megoldotta a problémát, mert kaptunk egy plusz szobát. Összességében így már nagyjából rendben volt.
Az éttermek a parton vannak többségében, ami lefelé még jó, de visszafelé elég erőltetett séta.

Pokój czysty ,przestronny, duży balkon z przepięknym widokiem na miasto -plaże i morze!!! rankiem czy z wieczora kawka na balkonie - mistrzostwo świata !!!!Śniadania smaczne -wystarczające( sugerowała bym tylko aby wędliny czy sery -wszystkie produkty zabezpieczyć przed latającymi owadami( muchy)Personel; Wszyscy mili uśmiechnięci i pomocni 👍

Ciężki podjazd /parkowanie ( ale co zrobić taka specyfika terenu -niczyja to wina) jednak myślę że dobrze by było to za znaczyc w opisie obiektu nie każdy podoła / trudno zlokalizować apartament zwłaszcza nocą ( nawigacja szaleje) Ogólnie uważamy że jest w porządku i drugi raz też chętnie spędzilibysmy tam czas z przyjemnością
