Important information:

Children under the age of 14 can stay in the SPA center until 17:00 o'clock.
The time of using the SPA center is limited to 3 hours and takes place at pre-booked dates in order to avoid possible crowds and exceeding the number of people who can be in the SPA center at one time.

Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 5 kilos /11 pounds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Geräumige, schöne und saubere Zimmer.

Далеко не самый дешёвый вариант в городе, но свою стоимость (особенно если по скидке) оправдывает.
Pros:

Удобное расположение, прекрасный сервис, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины, в цену проживания включена парковка и услуги SPA-центра (3-х часовой слот на спа нужно бронировать заранее, о чём сотрудники предварительно сообщают). На ресепшне готовы ответить на любой вопрос и помочь в любой непонятной ситуации. В номере даже поставили лежанку и миски для нашей кошки, правда они не пригодились.

Cons:

Проживание с домашним животным за дополнительную плату.
На парковке в теории может не оказаться свободных мест, есть ощущение, что желающих припарковаться обычно больше, чем способна вместить парковка, но в нашем случае (да ещё и на пасхальные праздники) место нашлось.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель. Спа зона не самая большая, но нам хватило. Детям можно находиться в спа зоне до 17:00 часов, это небольшой минус, для тех у кого есть дети.
Понравилась еда в ресторане и то, что можно с заехать с небольшой собакой.
Для собаки ставят миски и коврик, это очень мило.

Релаксиращ престой
Pros:

Хотелът е на тихо и спокойно място, на 10 мин. пешеходно разстояние от центъра на градчето. Безплатен паркинг, храна- всичко е на ниво. СПА центърът е прекрасен- басейн с приятна вода, джакузита, парна баня, био сауна и др. Атмосферата е релаксираща и приятна. С удоволствие ще посетим отново.

Хороший отель в центре курортного города.
Pros:

Хороший отель в центре курортного города.
Расположен в 25 минутах ходьбы от автобусного вокзала.
В номере есть всё необходимое для путешественника. Большая кровать с комфортным матрацем, белоснежным постельным бельём и подушками разной степени жёсткости. Одеяло, лёгкое, как облачко, и в то же время теплое. В такой постели засыпать очень легко и просыпаешься прекрасно отдохнувшим.
Есть мини-кухня: электрический чайник, тарелки, кружки, столовые приборы, принадлежности для чая - кофе, есть небольшой холодильник. Есть сенсорная панель, но нет посуды для неё.
Ванная комната большая, температура воды регулируется хорошо, душевая лейка на гибком шланге. Есть банный халат и тапочки.
Я брала завтраки, которые очень изобильные и включают большой выбор горячих блюд, различную выпечку,  соки, фрукты. В день выезда мне сделали сделали ланч-бокс (он был намного скромнее, чем завтрак в отеле).
В отеле расположен СПА-центр, где есть подогреваемый бассейн, джакузи, хамам и сауна, соленые  комнаты, для гостей отеля- бесплатно. Полотенца выдают.
В итоге могу отметить: отель прекрасный, стоит своих денег. Однозначно рекомендую для пребывания!

Schönes Hotel mit guter Wellnessanlage
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, das man aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen kann. Zimmer/Apartment war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gratis Parkplätze vorhanden. Grosser Wellnessbereich. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant im Hotel vorhanden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Kücheneinrichtung im Apartment war schon sehr einfach (z.B. kein Kochgeschirr für das vorhandene Kochfeld). Wenige Amenities im Bad (z.B. keine Body Lotion). Grösster Minuspunkt ist, dass man im eigentlich schönen Restaurant rauchen darf drinnen. Passt nicht zu einem 4 Sterne Wellnesshaus, in dem sich die Leute eigentlich erholen und sich wohl fühlen sollen.
