Pros:

Apartman je prostran, ima potpuno opremljenu kuhinju. Krevet je udoban. Osoblje ljubazno.
Relax soba je fenomenalna.

Cons:

Kauc u dnevnoj nije bio cist tj. Platno je imalo neke fleke.
Hrana nije loseg kvaliteta ali je izbor mnogo suzen.

Osoblje hotela i spa centar su čista 10- ka. Sobe su čiste, redovno se održavaju, a lokacija je savršena: 10 minuta lagane šetnje od centra dešavanja i 50m od aqua parka Raj

Cons:

Jedina zamjerka odnosi se na restoransku ponudu. Hrana je bila ukusna, ali su postojali određeni nedostaci: uz supe i čorbe nije ponuđena kuhana tjestenina/riža/prepečen tost, za doručak nije bilo u ponudi nikakvih džemova, uz ribu nije ponuđen nasječen limun....

Very disappointing experience. The apartment looked nothing like the photos on Booking and felt more like an ordinary apartment than a proper hotel room. There was a strong smell of dampness, the bathroom smelled very unpleasant, and the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet and furniture had stains, the floor was not vacuumed, and we even found hairs that were not ours. The food selection was very limited and the food was not tasty. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with a great spa
Pros:

Its a very nice hotel, located a bit uphill, 10mins walk from the town center, in a quiet neighbourhood, next to the aquapark. We got an apartment with a living room and a kitchen, all nicely decorated and well equipped - great value for money and very spacious. Spa center is great with tons of options - 5 or six different saunas, a nice size pool, two public and one private jacuzzi tub, an infrasky room, a relaxation room with tapidarium, and a steamroom that wasnt working at the time of our stay because of renovations. There’s a gym too, lots of showers and space for people to sit and relax. Staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful, and for them I’d give 5 stars any day. We couldn’t get the late check out option at the time of our stay unfortunately because hotel was fully booked, but they offered to still extend our stay for one hour, to accommodate us.

Cons:

Shower at the apartment where we were staying was a bit dated, not sure if thats the case with every room though. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at 4 start hotels, so I’d advise some work on F&B.
