I would stay there again!
Pros:

Location is very family oriented, lots of parking space also, the beach is down the street, the owner was very friendly, I am in Kos every summer and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The bathroom should have been cleaned daily, other then that it was wonderful staying there.

Pros:

Keine luxuriöse Bleibe um sein Wohlstandsbedürfnis auszuleben. Wir haben hier für uns eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gefunden.
Freundliche Menschen, die dafür sorgen das es ordentlich bleibt und ein entspanntes Ambiente haben uns geholfen den Alltagsstress zu vergessen.

Posto molto carino e pulito
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, vicino al mare. Camera basica, molto pulita immersa nelle quiete di un bel giardino. Un terrazzo nel qual si poteva fare colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

I materassi sono un po' duri.

Ottima accoglienza, mi é mancata acqua calda un paio di volte soprattutto la mattina presto, ci torneremo volentieri.

Acqua calda in bagno non sempre calda, sappiamo essere risorsa preziosa sull’isola ma se fosse calda per la doccia sarebbe lideale

Pros:

Die kleine familiäre Appartmentanlage liegt sehr schön in Marmari. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss am Strand oder auch in der Stadtmitte. Die Öffentliche Busverbindung nach Kos Stadt klappte auch gut und ist sehr kostengünstig (2,30 € pro Person und Fahrt) Stand: Oktober 2025.

Das blitzsaubere Appartement war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher.

Das Frühstück konnte man, wenn man das wollte, dazu buchen. Wegen der Planung nur einen Tag davor Bescheid geben.
Es war sehr lecker 😋
U. a. gab es
Granatäpfel aus dem eigenen Garten
Selbstgemachte Marmeladen (Kumquat, Aprikose) etc.

Die Besitzer und auch das Personal waren sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder 🇩🇪🧳✈️🇬🇷🌊☀️

Pros:

Bell'appartamentino completo di tutto, compreso piano cottura a induzione. Staff gentile e pulizia impeccabile. Parcheggio ampio e sempre disponibile. Ci vogliono 12/15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la zona ristoranti e negozi, ma va bene.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, con anche giochi esterni per i bambini.
Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.
Pulizia quotidiana.

Cons:

Solo due consigli:
- sarebbe utile la presenza di una scopa e paletta in modo da pulire dopo aver mangiato
- tende più coprenti nella zona giorno dove c’è anche un letto, la mattina entra tutta la luce del sole

Wunderbare, kleine und familiär geführte Anlage, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand abseits der Strasse. 10 Minuten in den Ort Marmari mit Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Appartement ideal ausgestattet, Fön, Küche, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee und für griechischen Kaffee. Ein grosser Topf und ein Kleiner, Besteck und neues Geschirr. Sehr sauber, mit frischen Handtüchern - perfekt!!
