Great location for a super stay
Pros:

The rooms and all the common arears and spaces were immaculately clean. Every thing you needed in the apartment was provided.

The location is great. A level walk of 10 mins to the beach. 20 mins walk to Kos Town Harbour. Some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Even a small family supermarket next door for supplies with a larger one with more choice only 5 mins walk away. Surrounded by car hire companies if you want to explore the island. Lots of bike hire companies if you would rather cycle than walk

Cons:

You should note that the hotel is on a road which whilst not busy, does mean that there is some traffic noise at the pool area and I assume in room at the front of the property so request a room to the rear

Wir haben das Aegean Houses zu viert besucht – zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Baby – und hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, wunderschön, gepflegt und vor allem ausgesprochen sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Seit Langem haben wir nicht mehr erlebt, dass so selbstverständlich und liebevoll auf die Bedürfnisse einer Familie mit Baby eingegangen wird.

Uns wurde sogar ein früherer Check-in ermöglicht. Als wir unser Zimmer betreten haben, war bereits alles für unser Baby vorbereitet: ein Babybett mit Winkelauflage, ein Babyphone, ein Flaschenwärmer und sogar ein Hochstuhl. Alles stand schon bereit – eine Aufmerksamkeit, die uns wirklich positiv überrascht und ehrlich gesagt auch ein wenig sprachlos gemacht hat. 🥹❤️

Auch die Anlage selbst ist für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Direkt neben dem Pool befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz. So konnten wir entspannt auf der Liege sitzen und gleichzeitig unser spielendes Kind im Blick behalten – für Eltern einfach perfekt!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit im Aegean Houses.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Aegean Houses Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die vielen kleinen, aber so wertvollen Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Erholt und Urlaub wie sein sollte einfach schön

Wir wurden von eine sehr nette Empfangsdame begrüßt, aber auch rest des Personals war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte bei der Einreise Geburtstag und als Geschenk kam zu dem Obstkorb und Wasser das schon da war, noch eine Flasche Wein und ein sehr schönes Bilderrahmen. Das ist so lieb 👍❤️🙏🏻
Es ist sehr modern und schön hell eingerichtet, Obwohl wir ein Zimmer neben dem Pool bekommen hatten, war nix zu hören. Gute Fenster dachten wir! Wir hatten ein Famieizimmer mit eine kleine Kochecke, es fehlte an nix. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet.
Unsere Zwillinge 12 wären gerne noch ein Tag länger geblieben! Das hat was zu sagen 😁
Kommen aber ganz sicher nochmal. 🤗😘

The best first holiday for our little family - thank you so much for making it so special.
Pros:

We have just had the most perfect week at Aegean Houses. The staff are so friendly and welcoming - big thank you to Poppy, Kairos, Julia and Stelios.
The pool is so clean and a lovely size - I swam 20 lengths every morning. There are enough sunbeds and also some cabanas which were handy for us as we have a 10 month old baby. In our room there was a high chair, cot, bottle warmer and a baby monitor. We didn’t need the warmer or monitor but what a cute and thoughtful touch! We had a ground floor room which was perfect to get out with the pram.
The hotel itself is beautiful and small and even though we were out and about in the day you still get to know the staff as they are so friendly and attentive.
There is a baby pool which is shallow and safe and there is a little play area. The walk into Kos town is an easy 20 minute stroll along the beach - plenty of sunbeds and restaurants nearby on the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk and there are supermarkets 2 minutes from the hotel.
The hotel is perfect for a couple wanting to relax but also great for young children, although there were only babies when we were here as it was the first week of September. We would stay again in a heartbeat. You can tell Aegean houses is a special place as there were many returning guests, including a couple we met that had been visiting since 2002!!
We originally didn’t pay for breakfast after reading some old reviews saying it wasn’t varied - there is honestly SO much food and so much variety. We paid on site and I had two courses every breakfast and there was plenty of fresh food for the baby.
We really enjoyed visiting Mylos beach club, Albert and Socrates restaurants and Efkalipty Taverna.
You won’t regret booking this beautiful place ❤️
