Speriamo di tornare presto da Philippos!
Pros:

La camera aveva una bellissima terrazza con vista mare.
Ottima posizione vicino al mare.
La spiaggia e il mare vicini alla struttura sono belli.

Cons:

Il bagno forse un po' troppo piccolo.

Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa, proprio sul mare, a due passi dal centro di Kardamena ma fuori dal caos della vita notturna! Consiglio di svegliarsi all’alba per ammirare lo spettacolo del sole che sorge dal mare! Philippos è alla mano e sempre disponibile per consigli o necessità! Gli appartamenti sono essenziali ma puliti e dotati di balconi dove stendere i panni. Il nostro era di dimensioni giuste per una coppia ma credo abbia anche soluzioni più spaziose per famiglie. La signora delle pulizie viene tutti i giorni ed è anche lei adorabile! Sono certa che se torneremo a Kos, sarà lui la nostra scelta!

Not the worst but not the best
Pros:

Location is right beside the sea, so the views are lovely. When you book this place you are paying for the location, not necessarily the standard of rooms.

The top floor could do with some modernisation. The ground floor is very noisy with people coming and going and we asked to be moved. We stayed twice, so I have experience in both areas of the hotel.

We have been coming to Kos for 20 years and stayed in a bunch of places. This is not the worst, nor is it the best but just shy of €1000 for a week (peak season), it is overpriced, in my opinion.

The cleaner does a great job and is very thorough.

Cons:

The shower size is ridiculous.

Tolle Lage am Ende von Kardamena
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat so weit alles was man braucht. Philippos ist sehr nett und hat schnell reagiert wenn etwas war. Wir lieben die Lage am Ende von Kardamena, nur über die Straße zum Strand...

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG direkt neben dem Haupteingang wo es nachts schon mal ganz schön laut wurde durch das Betreten des Hauses anderer Gäste.

Pros:

This was our second stay here this month as we had a night in Kardamena at the start and end of our holiday to Greece. Philippos was as fantastic and welcoming as the first night. He was also extremely kind when he learned our flight wasn't until 9pm and invited us to use the room as late as we wanted, meaning we could have a whole day out and about in Kos and then return to shower and pack before heading to the airport, rather than having a rushed morning and nowhere to change after being at the beach.
The bed is comfy, the room was quiet and really lovely and airy at night owing to the special shutters which let the air in and keep mosquitos out.
We will definitely stay here again when we transit through Kos!

Lovely holiday.
Pros:

Its lovely place. Spacious, fully equipped. Everywhere nice and clean. You feel very welcomed. Great location. Very quiet. Close to the sea and restaurants.Many thanks to Philippos for everything and especially for opportunity to stay longer because of late flight. Only best memories about Philippos Studios & Apartments. .We highly recommend this place and we'll be very happy to come back in future.
