Pros:

Perfect location – close to both the city center and the beach. The staff is very helpful and always ready to provide information or assistance. I highly recommend the breakfast – there are several options to choose from, and the price is very reasonable.

Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, 15 min walk from the port, clean, spacious and super comfortable. The wonderful girl in the reception, Armella (I’m not sure how to spell it, sorry!!), had the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches to go to. She even arranged everything for us to rent a car on the day we left the hotel. Absolutely lovely stay, great value for money and so incredibly well located that we will definitely come back if we go to Naxos again in the future. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!!

Cons:

Basically nothing to say, perhaps the amount of light produced by the sign on the a/c unit, but basically nothing under the control of the staff or the owner.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, offrono ombrellone e asciugamani da spiaggia. Posizione ottimale, così come la pulizia della stanza.

Cons:

Si sentivano i rumori di doccia e scarico delle stanze vicine e facendo la doccia si allagava un po’ il bagno

The staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel had a great location.

Cons:

Nothing really. Our AC remote sometimes didn't work but that didn't really bother us much and we didn't ask to have it fixed.
