Pool was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

Naxos is not very big so it was close enough to the good beaches and restaurants

Everything was perfect! We got a whole, little, sweet villa with more than enough space, two balconies and a small housefront where the guests may also sit. It was clean, everything you need for your stay was there. Even the shampoo was good :) The breakfast was delicious! With a lot of variety, both sweet (excellent cakes) and savoury, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. The staff was very thoughtful, but not pushy. They have given us sun umbrellas and there were also beach towels provided. 15 minutes by foot to the beach Agios Prokopios. By bus to the center of Chora (Naxos). I don´t say that very often, but I would stay there again. Maroula is doing a great job in managing the facility, with calmness and competence.

Kedros Villas si trova in una posizione strategica, a 10 minuti d'auto dalla caotica Chora (dove trovi le code d'auto a tutte le ore per il centro) e comoda alle spiagge principali dell'isola...Noi abbiamo optato per la suite con piscina privata. Camera spaziosa con ampio giardino e piccola piscina per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di mare.
Colazione veramente superba, con tantissima varietà di dolci e salato, che si consuma in un locale con una vista mozzafiato. Ottima soluzione per Naxos.

The pool. It is probably the largest you can gat on the island.
The space of the pool and around is generous, perfect for multiple families.
The villas are well equipped, quiet, surrounded by trees and plants.
The view from the second floors over the beach and surfers.
The breakfast is generous, incl. fresh orange juice!
The hot tub actually is very enjoyable after hours in pool with kids, or when there is that Cyclades' wind.

A True Gem in Naxos – Exceptional Stay at Kedros Villas

From the moment we arrived at Kedros Villas, it was clear this is not just another accommodation — it’s a place where every detail is thoughtfully anticipated, and guests are truly cared for. The team is warm, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure your stay is seamless and memorable.

The location is perfect: ideally positioned to explore the island, combining accessibility with tranquility. Within minutes you can reach Naxos’ most famous beaches — Hagios Prokopios, Hagios Anna, and beyond — or set off to discover the island’s villages and landscapes. Despite being close to the (very quiet) airport, there is no noise disturbance at all, only peace and quiet.

Our villa was incredibly spacious, ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room for everyone. A highlight was the private jacuzzi overlooking the bay toward Chora, where colourful windsurfers dot the horizon — a view you never tire of. The property is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, and the pool area is a serene oasis. The landscaping is tastefully designed, with generous family sections for sunbathing and relaxing.

The food is another standout. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, offering fresh local produce and something for every taste. In the evenings, the on-site cook prepares delicious meals from local ingredients — the kind of food that makes you linger at the table.

Everything is spotless, practical, and well thought through — clearly designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. The blend of attentive service, serene surroundings, and quality facilities makes Kedros Villas a true gem on Naxos. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return.

The people who own the place are absolutely lovely and breakfast each morning was nice. Unfortunately, the place is really, really tired and not located near anything so it is public transport anywhere if you don't have a car. The bus does stop nearby but the buses run to their own schedule and they suggest every 1/2 hour however can be up to 50 minutes which, when waiting in the heat, can be a little overwhelming.

I had the pleasure of staying at Kedros Villas during my time in Naxos, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my trip.

The location is perfect — peaceful and beautifully situated between nature and the sea, while still close enough to Chora and the beaches. The villas are spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, offering both privacy and comfort with a sense of relaxed luxury.

What truly makes Kedros Villas special is the atmosphere of calm and kindness that surrounds everything. The entire team is genuinely warm, helpful, and welcoming — they made me feel at home from the first moment, and I’m deeply grateful for their hospitality.

The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients and great variety. I also had the chance to enjoy the restaurant, which offers excellent food in a lovely setting — everything thoughtfully prepared and served with care.

This is a place where everything flows naturally, and every detail is taken care of with heart. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kedros Villas in Naxos as a family of four. We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers breathtaking views. The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore on the island, yet peaceful and relaxing.

The hospitality was outstanding – warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. It was the ideal base for our Naxos vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff were very responsive and helpful. The manager provided an area map at check in with suggestions for places to visit on the island. She was also very responsive to requests that we had during the stay.
