No ice machine, the doors inside you must use key to enter, but the doors are so heavy you almost get knocked down after you scan your key, then try to squeeze thru while holding door open

Cons:

They automatically put me in the wrong room. A downgraded room! Not the room that I had reserved. When I asked about changing to the right room, none were available. They hadn't been cleaned. And he said they wouldn't be cleaned until the next day! I left and went to another hotel. I recommend not going to this one. They are crooked!

Best Hotel in Bowling Green, KY.
Pros:

This was the best stay overnight that I have ever seen. Everything was great customer service, comfort, price affordable and a great location. Danielle and Junior were so polite and helpful. They made my stay so wonderful. I give this place a 10! Best place in Bowling Green in my experience. I will tell all my friends about how much I loved this place.

Cons:

The place doesn't have faults. It is a great place.

Pros:

The rooms were big and clean. Comfortable beds. Loved the easy to clean hard flooring rather than carpet! After speaking to the staff at the front desk regarding our room smelling like cigarette smoke, they were very helpful in getting it switched right away.

Cons:

The first room we were placed in smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom must have been smoked in previous to us checking in as when you opened the door to the bathroom the smell was AWFUL.

The dirty room and the guy throwing the phone when we were trying to get a refund which highly upset my girlfriend triggering her ptsd and we are at this time still waiting for our refund
