DO NOT STAY
Pros:

Nothing didnt stay there. The customer before me had been assigned 3 different rooms. All of them dirty. An hour later after we finally got to check in we went to our room and found it was dirty. The sheets and towels had not been changed and there was trash all over the room. We went back to the desk and was told the same thing the customer before us was told there were not any clean rooms and they had no staff to clean them. I asked for a refund, but since I went thru Booking.com I cant get a refund. Went to another hotel and was told that the city uses that hotel for the homeless.

If it had a pool but with it being newer it (hotel) was in great shape

Will not be back.
Cons:

We were given a room that someone else was in. Then we were given a smaller room than what we booked. Bed was not sturdy. Up all night to sounds of dogs barking, people talking, and other “extracurricular activities”. A/c didn’t get cold enough.

Won't be back and won't give good remarks
Cons:

I asked for towels for the room multiple times (with hours being between the times I asked) and was told by the same person that the towels were being washed. I then asked that the towels be left outside our door so we could have them in the morning for showers. We did not get them, We had 3 people in the room and I had to take a shower (the others chose not to take a shower) with the bathmat as my towel. Low to No Class and the "Male" staff (night staff) was NO help at all. Failing Grade!
I pat people on the back when they do good and I let folks know when they don't.

It was ok if all you needed was to shower and sleep in cleanliness.
Pros:

There was no Breakfast available, the location was perfect, and I had nothing extra in my room, only 1 bar of soap with 2 cups and the linen.

Cons:

Not enough essentials in the room which I needed.

Cons:

The staff wasn't friendly until the day I checked out. Beds had no box spring and were like a cott. Very uncomfortable No usable free wifi. I didn't try to pay for the wifi that may or may not have worked well. No cookware for the stove even though they advertised that they had some. The guests I saw looked quite sketchy and in bad shape or they were workers like me. Coffee wasn't hot in the lobby at 6am.

Not what was expected, but the room was clean and served it's purpose.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Elevator had a ton of pet fur on the rug. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed. Smoke smell throughout the halls. No breakfast.
