Pros:

The rooms were big and clean. Comfortable beds. Loved the easy to clean hard flooring rather than carpet! After speaking to the staff at the front desk regarding our room smelling like cigarette smoke, they were very helpful in getting it switched right away.

Cons:

The first room we were placed in smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom must have been smoked in previous to us checking in as when you opened the door to the bathroom the smell was AWFUL.

DO NOT STAY
Pros:

Nothing didnt stay there. The customer before me had been assigned 3 different rooms. All of them dirty. An hour later after we finally got to check in we went to our room and found it was dirty. The sheets and towels had not been changed and there was trash all over the room. We went back to the desk and was told the same thing the customer before us was told there were not any clean rooms and they had no staff to clean them. I asked for a refund, but since I went thru Booking.com I cant get a refund. Went to another hotel and was told that the city uses that hotel for the homeless.

Cons:

I asked for towels for the room multiple times (with hours being between the times I asked) and was told by the same person that the towels were being washed. I then asked that the towels be left outside our door so we could have them in the morning for showers. We did not get them, We had 3 people in the room and I had to take a shower (the others chose not to take a shower) with the bathmat as my towel. Low to No Class and the "Male" staff (night staff) was NO help at all. Failing Grade!
I pat people on the back when they do good and I let folks know when they don't.

Will not be back.
Cons:

We were given a room that someone else was in. Then we were given a smaller room than what we booked. Bed was not sturdy. Up all night to sounds of dogs barking, people talking, and other “extracurricular activities”. A/c didn’t get cold enough.

The hotel is quite nice & location was good.

If it had a pool but with it being newer it (hotel) was in great shape
