Pros:

Communication and reaction from the hotel staff was fast

Cons:

No air-conditioning! It's the sunny side and heat was unbearable.
The location is poor - the view on the highway with some crazy dangerous people walking around the hotel

A lot of unnecessary nervous
Pros:

I booked my stay several months in advance, so I was very disappointed that Limehome changed my accommodation not once, but twice, on the day before my arrival. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially since I was staying for an entire week.

To make matters worse, the room was not ready at the official check-in time, which meant even more waiting after an already frustrating experience.

The concept of fully online communication is convenient when everything goes according to plan. However, when the accommodation makes last-minute changes, there is no one available to speak to or complain to, leaving guests without any real support. This level of customer service is not acceptable for a company managing accommodation in this way.

Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and stressful. I would not recommend Limehome to travelers who value reliability and responsive customer service.

The Comfort. It was a Porsche experience

Cons:

Maybe there should have been a staff on site. It would be challenging for international tourist to communicate to get into the property as it was digital. I had to look for someone around to assist me to be to call and check in

La habitación es grande y bien equipada y todo limpio

Cons:

El hotel no tiene recepción y te manejas con códigos. El trato es vía mail o WhatsApp. Fui con mi familia (matrimonio con 3 hijos) me cambiaron la triple de los chicos por dos dobles y fue un lío los códigos y distintos pisos que la matrimonial. En una de las habitaciones no funcionaba la tv y a pesar del reclamo nunca lo solucionaron. También les tuve que pedir varias veces los mobility guest ticket. Me dieron vueltas y me pidieron todos los datos de la familia. Cuando me llegaron los pases estaban incompletos. Todo ello llevo mucho tiempo porqué cada consulta debes hacerla en la página web que es lenta y no sé entiende. Las respuestas por mail o WhatsApp lentas.

Grundsätzlich tolles Konzept, Sauberkeit überschaubar und TV unbrauchbar
Pros:

Grundsätzlich unbeschwerter Check-in und Check-out. Austausch über Apps wunderbar 😉

Cons:

TV hat nicht funktioniert, super schnelle Reaktion per WhatsApp, mit versprechen einer Lösung , für den nächsten Tag, aber leider nicht umgesetzt.
Sauberkeit leider erstmals mangelhaft, viele lange schwarze Haare und ungustiöse Tropf-Flecken am Boden.

Der nächste Aufenthalt in Salzburg wohl ein anderes Hotel oder Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage. Fußgängerzone in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sauberkeit. Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Fahrstuhl vorhanden

Cons:

Beschilderung mies. Ich musste mehrfach nachfragen wo das Hotel, besser gesagt die Zimmer sind. TV geht nicht. Kein Empfang. Sehr lautes Zimmer. Stark befahrene Straße. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Nur lauter Lüfter.

Estetica della camera, funzionale, nuova

Cons:

Pessimo servizio di housekeeping: ci hanno ritirato le asciugamani sporche ma non hanno aggiunto le nuove. Non è ammissibile che in caso di urgenza non ci sia nessuno disponibile in struttura e bisogna aspettare le 11 del giorno seguente. Pessimo.

Für den Preis einfach schlecht

Es ist ziemlich warm und laut von der Straße.
Es gibt auch kein Fliegengitter, schlafen bei warmen Temperaturen fast unmöglich.

Very modern apartment beautifully furnished but spoiled by no air con.
Pros:

It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Very clean and plenty of space.
Close to supermarkets and bus stop.
Fridge was a real bonus.

Cons:

No air con. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Noisy as the room faced a main road- even with the complimentary ear plugs - so poor sleep.
Tried to use the community room and the code wouldn't work. Contacted the link and the number they sent back still didn't work.
The signage to the builing needs to be larger and more pronounced.

Amazing
Pros:

Great, tidy room with one of the better hotel beds I’ve slept on. The room and bathroom felt very spacious. The location is a bit further away from the city centre but with 3 bus stops within 1 minute walking distance the bus connections were great (it’s also walkable from the city centre in my opinion). McDonald’s and little shopping mall next door, very convenient. Loved that the room had a mini fridge and a big shared community area with the necessities like plates and cutlery. The staff was fast in reacting to all my questions online. Also free early check in when the room is available sooner, so amazing!

Cons:

The only downside is that there isn’t any air conditioning. But they did provide a very powerful fan which made all the difference.
